I brought my parka for the day but I feel like it's so big and bulky. I wanted a lighter option that was wind resistant. Beth helped me and just as I was asking ChatGBT how cold it would still keep me warm she asked me in person and she said 30 degrees which was inline with what chat said so whoohoo! It actually warmed up to 30 the day I got it while I wore my better sweater 1/4 zip and wow it made such a difference. No buyer's remorse, no ragrets, not even a letter. :)

St. Louis is a Major League city and you can say that my dad, bro, and I are a Major League family because we share a common interest in the sport. We'd see four St. Louis Cardinals games from July 29 to August 2. When you take into consideration that the St. Louis Cardinals were a major part of the vacation, it was inevitable that we wanted keepsakes. We just happened to check out Champs when right there in the back stood a wall of professional sports caps. To my surprise in the heart of the Cardinals Nation there was a solid selection of NY Yankees caps. Expectedly there was a grand selection of St. Louis Cardinals caps from the red and white "SL" lettering to the Cardinals on the baseball bat. As it turned out, Champs ran a deal where you can buy one cap and get the other half off. When you take into consideration that the prices are so jacked up in mall stores, it wasn't an exceptional bargain. Additionally, there were vast price differences in the caps. But, I took a liking to the black baseball cap with the red cardinal. You can see it below in the picture at the top center. There ended up being an issue. This was one of the baseball caps that was unadjustable. My head was too big for the limited sizes that they had on display. I'd delay the keepsake. However my dad and bro left Champs with Cardinals caps and socks. Although, I left Champs without a Cardinals cap, I did leave with a new hobby. That hobby is collecting professional team caps from the stadiums that I visit during that vacation. It was the well-merchandised presentation of professional team caps on Champs back wall that planted the seed of this hobby.
