When I received my snowballs, there was no condensed milk on them. When I asked about it, the lady in the back said she didn't charge me for condensed milk. I explained that I did ask for condensed milk, and she responded by saying it would be $1.07. I had no problem paying the $1.07 - I just wanted what I asked for. Instead of simply adding it, she started hollering and speaking with an attitude. I understand businesses can get busy, but there is still a way to talk to customers respectfully. The issue wasn't the $1.07 - it was the poor customer service and attitude! Terrible!

Every time I go, without fail, I inquire about the low-sugar menu items (to make sure they are still available or if anything had changed) and each time I get puzzled, quizzical looks and have to clarify the difference between "sugar-free" and "no sugar added." There IS a difference and invariably the high-school -age child behind the counter has to be gently educated as to the difference. It's a minor nuisance but avoidable. At Quickly they have a huge selection of every flavor instant-ramen/ramyun you could think of.
