Artichoke Refresher - artichoke tea with basil seeds, grass jelly, fruit jelly and aloe vera. (Nuoc Mat)
    Allan P.

This is a great little cafe. It is actually off the beaten path. Not far off the main road of Popp's Ferry Road near new BHS. I'll be honest with you. I just found out about it. A good friend of mine recommended it to me. I did not know it was here. Apparently it is a new shopping center. I do not know how long this cafe has been open. It is a nice welcome to the neighborhood. They have a small parking lot that they share with other businesses. Just be mindful of that. We were able to find plenty of parking spaces when we went. It is a small town cafe but with a great selection to offer you not just your average drinks you can get at any big chain cafe. Especially the staff members make you feel welcome as you walk in. I know it maybe overwhelmed and intimidating. Not only the seating situation. The staff is ready to help you in your time of need. They make you feel so comfortable and ready to assist you since it is your first time here. We advise them that. They were very happy to help us. They were able to provide us with few samples they had available at the time. They told us what people have been ordering from them and what is popular with them. We got a few samples and ended up ordering the Tropical Paradise - passion fruit, strawberry, mango fruit, with popping boba. I forgot his name but was very helpful and recommended I try the sample of the Artichoke Refresher (Nuoc Mat) - artichoke tea, with basil seeds, grass jelly and aloe vera. I'll be honest with you. When you look at the menu and never heard of it especially looking at it. It is not top of your list of things to order. I tried it and was hooked. It is actually quite good. Give it a try and see. Might be your favorite? In my opinion. I know I was hooked. Took me by surprise; in a good way. We ordered few more drinks but those were the ones that stood out to me. They also offered few delicious dessert. Bubble flavored waffles, Taiyaki - is a Japanese fish-shaped cake, commonly sold as street food, halo halo - is a Filipino cold dessert with crushed ice, milk, and various fruits and ingredients, and etc. we were curious about the Taiyaki. We got order of 5. Different Flavors, 2 x Nutella & strawberry, red bean, Oreo, custard. They said it will be out shortly since they are made fresh and they are making a Pandan bubble waffle for the customer ahead of us. When Taiyaki arrived. I was very delighted and delicious. It was a bit warm since it just came out of the oven? I do know how it is done. I assume it was the I oven? You can still see the steam coming out of the box when he delivered it to us. Great snack and to hold us over while we wash it down with something refreshing. Overall, it is a great spot for a light snack or drink to hold you over till then. They even have a small photo opportunity in the corner. It is a very small spot. They have a bar seats against the wall and one table in the front. Take the opportunity to enjoy. If not, get your order to go. If you are in the north Biloxi area, stop by and see for yourself. You never know.

Cute little spot with great food and service. Love the shaved halo halo. Wish it was half the size because it's enough to feed for people.

Tiger milk tea with tapioca boba, classic milk teas, artichoke tea

Tried this new boba place in Cedar Lake and love the menu. Modern interior with a photo op, claw machine, and some board games to play if you come with friends. Some indoor seating + limited tables. Got the classic milk tea, tiger milk tea, and artichoke refresher. Like how the milk teas were made with non-dairy milk/Lactaid and the size of the drinks. Boba barista even let us customize how much ice/sugar was used. Would recommend!

Super cute little boba shop. Great variety of teas with caffeinated and caffeine free options. Very sweet staff. Quick service too!

(I rate on a bell curve!) BL: high hopes with the large…read moreselection so will be back to try other stuff if in the area but for now, not my fave but good for the Coast. Located adjacent to the gas station, it's quite quaint and chic inside. Staff is friendly and attentive (we were the only ones in there though). The photos and menu is very very attractive. I like my milk tea based on how strong the tea is and how well it mixes with any additives so I ordered my "basic test" of oolong milk tea with egg pudding, 75% sweet and half ice. Egg pudding is standard good. Half ice was surprisingly still A LOT of ice. Sweetness was still a bit sweeter for my usual liking but appropriate for 75%. Now the oolong milk tea... It's good but lacks oolong tea taste - reminds me more of the budget milk tea from back in the days when boba first started getting popular (quickly and lollicup). For this region, the milk tea is good but not California standard. Friend got the mango strawberry (?) sago and she enjoyed it (caffeine free) - saw there were chunks of fruits in it. Went back a few days later and ordered the lychee rose jasmine tea and not as good as Follow Tea (which had a cream top). The lychee rose here has a stronger floral taste - refreshing but does not top the one at Follow Tea. Also tried the taro milk tea (not my usual order) but I had it in my mind it was fresh taro - fairly sure it's powdered.

Living that boba life! We happen to be in the area heard about this place. They do have few other…read moreplaces. Please check the website for details. This location is located in D'Iberville/St. Martin area. I was especially curious about the ube flavored stuff that they offer. It was a bit of a challenge to get here. Once I got here. I knew exactly where I was and did not know how easy it was to find it. Conveniently off the main road. Nestled between gas station and poplar restaurant. One unique thing I noticed and is very popular. I did not know drive-thru would be so convenient. Only few places offer this service for this type of establishment. They have several parking spaces in front of the cafe. In case they are taken. They have plenty of spaces surrounding them. As you walk in, they greet you by the staff. They are super friendly and helpful. It was a challenge for us to get there. But soon realized where I was and that was easily remedy. We were overwhelmed by the amazing choices that they offer. I forgot to get her name but she was so happy and very helpful in walking us through the menu. We told her it was our first time here. We wondering what to get. She walked us through the amazing selection. I decided on getting the ube mash and also matcha boba. We were also curious about the munchies that people ordered. We also asked to get an order of their mochi coin waffles. We got them in Nutella, ube, and red bean. All were delicious! I will say the ube tastes better in the mochi than the drink. In my opinion. The atmosphere is amazing! Nice little photo opportunity near the counter. They also sell nice little stuff to take home and enjoy your moment there. Many large murals and TV in the corner. This not a big cafe. Definitely a good place to hang out and enjoy a refreshing drink and light snack. If you happen to have a big party. I recommend getting your order to go. Especially going in and ordering instead of waiting a long time in the drive-thru. The seating is limited. Few tables, with a combination of chairs and bench seats against the wall. The seating is comfortable. Do not expect to sit long tho. They do offer free Wi-Fi for guests. It's a great place for families who are looking for something different and refreshing. Apparently very popular for locals and families. Make this your place if you happen to be in the area.

I went to all three connected restaurant/claw game hub places in the quickly Asian fusion, Chamay…read morestreet food, and Hero Claw Kingdom section of this little strip mall in d'iberville and was blown away. At Quickly they have a huge selection of every flavor instant-ramen/ramyun you could think of. The only ONE negative thing is I couldn't find any instant tteokbokki packs (it's my favorite snack food, legitimately). They also have a huge selection in their ice cream shop, korean corn dogs (do I need to mention I'm drooling again?), and abilities to make drinks. I got a red bull infused mixed drink and it was fab. They also cute kawaii toys for purchase in the store side. That brings me to the claw kingdom. WILD. I felt like I transported to Japan fr. I worked so hard and eventually won a little hello kitty charm toy and a friggin hedgehog stuffy. I don't want to talk about how much money I spent on tokens, it's irrelevant. Hahaha. Anyway, yall go check out Quickly, Hero Claw Kingdom, and Chamay. It's super cool. I'm rating a 4/5 because out of the 100+ instant packs of food, not ONE tteokbokki was found.

Nothing against anyone there per se, but I would not go here again. First of all the cashier is new…read moreso I do not hold it against her. She forgot a portion of our meal that we were waiting for and we didn't know she didn't get Butt talking about the food. The calamari wasn't bad but it wasn't really good either like it wasn't worth $10 the takoyaki(octopus dough balls) we're fine when they were blazing hot but then when they cooled down, they were fishy, and this octopus was really chewy and it was completely raw on the inside. I was like licking dough off of my gums the pho didn't taste good. The chicken Ramen didn't taste very good either and it comes with a marinated soy sauce, jam, egg, but it was so sweet. The sushi we got the shrimp tempura roll. It was practically just cucumber and some kind of cream. I think it was cream cheese. I don't know, but that's all I could taste. One thing I do recommend is their Bulgogi bowls. The kimchi that came with it was really good but they give you more kimchi than they do actual Bogo beef but what you do get out of the Bulgogi beef is so good it was delicious and it's the only thing I would even get again. My brother got the chicken tenders. They were huge and he seemed to really like them, but they were really really oily like they were dripping oil. The ice cream was really yummy. I really liked it. They had a fun variety. They also had a bunch of different snacks all over the wall. I would definitely buy the snacks if I were to go again, but not the food except for the bulgogi. Anyways, Food aside the inside was actually really pretty. I liked it. It gives early 2000s. and it's connected to a mochi donut shop. I didn't get to try the donuts this time but I bought the ice cream from there. My only gripe is that the bathroom was pretty dirty but to be fair we went at like four or 5 PM so you know it's just a bad time to go if you want a fresh bathroom anyways nothing against the owners were the employees. This was just my experience and what I ate. Maybe they have different things on the menu that are good but yeah I hope this helps someone planning to go there next and and try to give a more realistic expectation so they can decide if they want to go there or not we had to drive a long way there. We had somewhat of a high expectation, but those were not met.
