Other than the views (scenic lookouts) there wasn't much else at Lakes Entrance so we were desperate for other things to do in the area. With a bit of googling we were fortunate enough to find Nullamunjie Olive Oil and The Pressing Shed - thank goodness!! The Pressing Shed is set in a picturesque valley with hilly pastures and green/yellow fields. The cafe is clean and modern with a wonderful front terrace for outdoor seating adjacent the Olive Grove. The food is fresh, simple and tasty, we ordered a small charcuterie platter and salad to share along with vino. After lunch we needed a little break before dessert so took a stroll through the Olive Grove, about 30 minutes, before returning for Olive Oil cake and coffee. The day was perfect. Service was friendly and inviting. I loved how all the food and wine was curated locally, but the setting was serene and blissful. The Pressing Shed Cafe made our trip! If we hadn't found it I have no idea what we would've done that last day in the area.
