I made an appointment online about a week in advance, and love how easily accessible this location is! You just follow the signs up the stairs -- and you'll find yourself in a cute and calming, spa-like waiting room. I'd only just sat down when Manell came out to introduce herself, and bring me back to her room. I let Manell know that this was my first time threading, and she walked me through the entire process in an encouraging and professional way. While the sensation is different than waxing, the pain level is about the same (pretty minimal). We did have to pause a few times throughout the appointment because my eyes were watering -- but Manell assured me that was perfectly normal, and continuously supplied tissues for me to use. I was shocked at how fast we were done -- and absolutely loved the results. I also appreciate how natural the whole process is.
