One of the gals was training so the other guided her and interrupted the clam and quiet. We were scheduled for a 90 minute treatment and may have gotten an hour and five minutes. We started late and they ended roughly 17 minutes early. There were parts that were nice, but it didn't have a ZEN feel or any sort of boushy anything about it. I honestly felt like I was in someone's home spa. I have had a head spa treatment before and this didn't even compare. I will be calling for some of my money back; wasn't going to make a scene I front of mom.

Heather micro-bladed/shaded my brows 6 weeks ago and we just had my follow up session and they look FANTASTIC!!!! She was very detailed making perfect measurements so my brows would be even. The healing process went perfectly following her detailed instructions. (Trust the process .. day 4-5 )  I absolutely love it! I look put together even without make up and had saved me a lot of time in my make up routine because my brows are already on point without having to do too much to it after the service. Also, not painful at all. There is numbing gel involved but I compare the sensation to threading if anyone has had that done. Definitely recommend!

My appointment was with Heather, and I cannot tell you HOW MUCH I LOVE THESE BROWS! They take years off my face, and look so natural (I don't look overdone - but I do look put together, even with minimal additional makeup). It's only been 2 days, but I have had dozens of compliments on them. Go see her! Note: we are still in the Covid pandemic, and as a nurse, safety is very important to me. The salon is complying fully with all measures to protect both you and themselves, and Heather & I each wore our masks the entire visit. There aren't many places I can recommend with confidence, but this is one of them!

Granted I have only had two (this being my second), it was a bit better than the first. By 'better' I mean a few things sets this place apart from my first experience. First, Gina was quick to get back with me on appt times and when I needed to reschedule the night before she was quick to respond and flexible to schedule with. Second, the experience was better... as mentioned in other reviews Gina was personable and talkative, to make the experience more comfortable and less awkward. Third, the 'coverage' was much more than the first one I received, for essentially the same price. I have already scheduled my next appt. and this looks like it will be my go to place for waxing!
