Purchase wheels and tires here, after getting them my truck was rubbing every time I turned. So I went back, to get a lift kit, which was installed incorrectly, I went back 4 times for them to make it right. Also left my truck for 2-3'days. Not 1 not 2 not 3 but 4 different times to give them a chance...after the 4th time I was done...went to a different shop where they explained to me what was going on and what was needed to be fixed. The other shop corrected Omar wheels mistake. I went back to get my money back or at least make a trade and nothing. Advice avoid this place. This is a TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS. DO NOT GIVE THEM THE TIME OF DAY!! I had to file a claim with my credit co. to get my money back. 2,700.00. It took from Oct. 16, 2020 to Jan 11th, 2021 to get a refund. They will tell you they have items only to get your money THEN give you a long story about how items are being unloaded off their truck. 3 days later.. No product. My husband and I were put through the ringer and ultimately had our money stolen from us by Omar's Customer Wheels. On 10/16/20, we were looking to purchase Wheels and Tires for our Explorer. We spoke to JOSE at front desk, who explicitly told us that he could get these two specific models for us. And we paid him in full. JOSE explained it would be 4 days. However, a week late , I called and were notified by JOSE that our specific wheel model was on back order but would take 3 weeks. A month later, I called and JOSE stated he couldn't get the wheel model we wanted but he could provide us with a similar model. That's not what we wanted so we asked for our money back. This company, OMAR'S CUSTOM WHEELS refused to give us our money. He told us they could not refund downpayments. We told him that we paid in full. They still would not give us our money back. I purchased my rims and tires from here and they did not do the job correctly . I went in there thinking i would get a great service and came out disappointed ass hell but i tried many of times to wait on them to fix the issue, not working at all just the run around. I am taking them to court about not doing what he was payed to do to my car and still has not fixed. JOSE several times said he would fix the issue but he took my number and never called me . His receptionist took my number and then took off work next day never called to say anything, which lead me to believe that i was stuck with a damaged car and they done took my money. Needless to say that, I took my car to the KIA house and got it checked out to find that things that was pose to be done with my tire and rim service was not done . Called JOSE, explained to him that i was at the KIA house and they explained to me the issue for my car problem is that my TIRES WERE WARPED,THEY DID NOT BALANCE THEM,and MISSING SENSTIC RINGS.His reply was that was Bullshit they want me to buy there tires and things. JOSE said to bring car in and they will fix it but I keep bugging you about my car and you have not yet fixed the problem or called to say please bring the car in and we will get it fixed up correctly. Slick talkers to get you in and get your money. But not that slick and quick to fix the problem.So there customer service sucks when it comes to returning calls or having the courtesy to at least call customer and say i have not forgot about you as soon as we get the part we will get the issue fixed. I ride my child around in there and I refuse to endanger her life and mine because of a mistake that was made and could have been corrected by buying a part and fixing it no more just telling me this and that about getting it fixed. So my girlfriends rims weren't available for her Camaro so he made a suggestion and we liked it then we waited and waited and got a bunch of bullshit fed to us like the people at the warehouse weren't there and that they are coming fedex and fedex isn't going to deliver to some other location in the end we got ripped of and she got some ugly ass rims and when they balanced the rim they put the weights so far to the inside of the rim you can see them when your looking at the rims which just a super bad eye sore I'm glad I didn't get anything from them but now I'm going to have to spend another 1200 dollars to get some good looking sporty rims for her never go here or the other ohmars service sucks and you don't get what you want. Oh and to put the icing on the cake the got the rims in but they said they where the wrong bolt pattern you knew what car it was for why did you order the wrong ones and don't blame it on the people sending them out they fallow the order sheet just admit you fucked up and make it right well they did everything but make it right. read more

They took care of me!! I thing I was going to have to get a brand new rim because I had 3 cracks in 1 of my rims(the life of having 24s). They informed me that I could do rims repair. This location saved me so much money. I ended up getting all my rims repaired and that included, scratches and any other bends that were found, I had them custom painted, and an alignment. I got the alignment for a steal!! I will definitely go back in the future. read more
