I've had 2 massages by Courtney at Om Spa Charlotte and have been delighted each time. Somewhat limited parking but I've not had any issues finding a spot. The inside is comfortable and clean. The massage rooms are nice and relaxed but you can hear some noises outside the room as people are moving around (it's an old building after all). I enjoyed an 80 minute and 50 minute massage. Beds are comfortable and heated. Tip: they are part of Spafinder gift card offering, and you can often purchase those at a bit of a discount, giving you a discounted spa price. read more

This little converted house hides an amazing secret! When you step inside it's so peaceful and calm. Upstairs they have a sitting area with tea and water, very relaxing lighting and music - they have a nice little sauna that you can use before or after your massage and the massage services are awesome. I was so relaxed I almost went to sleep. I am definitely going to become a member and go every month. You get a cost break when you become a member, so if you plan to come each month, it is the best deal! read more

Terrible Experience! Arrived for appointment for couples massage, only to be told we were an hour early. No, we were there on time. Im 100% sure as I made other appointments straight after this one and choose the earlier time very deliberately so we could fit all we wanted to in. No apology given. Options come back in an hour or another date. Then came back after having to move other appointments around, waited almost 20 mins as Massage Therapists not ready. Got to room and found very strange layout...beds not next to each other...in fact at angles at different parts of room. So not really a couples massage.... My provider was quite good, listened to what I needed and I felt bad as management had clearly overbooked her as she ran to me straight from a facial. My partners provider was terrible! Applied no real pressure didn't touch her arms and only did one leg?!?! She left feeling as bad as walked in, waste of time and stressed out after the experience. This was meant to be a special birthday day out for my poor partner :( read more

My experience was, overall, a good one, but there were so many things that, looking back on, could've been changed to take my experience from "good" to "great." I must say, though, all of the staff were helpful. From the person I spoke to on the phone to the receptionists, they were all wonderful. The aesthetician who performed my services was really personable and sweet, but there were a few things she overlooked that made this lower than a five-star experience. For context, I booked a 30-minute HydraFacial with a lymphatic drainage add-on, brow lamination, and a lash lift. The aesthetician who helped me did the HydraFacial first as you're not supposed to get your brows of lashes wet for 24 hours after the treatments, so I appreciated this foresight. She said she would apply sunscreen on my face before I left but never did. I understand we all forget things, but no sunscreen after a facial during the day is one of my pet peeves. Also, the aesthetician forgot to do the lymphatic drainage add-on, but I was charged $50 for it and had to call the spa back and get that refunded. With the brow lamination, I spoke on the phone with one of the spa coordinators and wanted to see if I needed to add a brow wax/tint to the brow lamination and she assured me that it was included. I would've been fine paying extra for both if I needed to, but she told me I didn't. The aesthetician skipped the wax step completely. She tried to talk me out of getting them tinted, but I told her I would prefer them tinted, and then she did it. I think she did a really great job with the lamination part, though! For the lash lift, my lashes popped off the mold part a few minutes into the perming step because I was dumb and opened my eyes a little because my phone rang. The aesthetician was really nice about it but didn't completely fix it because now one eye's eyelashes are super pretty and curled and the other is still pretty straight. I know there are a lot more important things going on in the world right now than some facial services but just wanted to let anyone reading who's interested in more of the aesthetic services to be cautious. read more

Booked a 30 min facial last week. Experience was okay, but not great compared to other facials I've had. The esthetician wore gloves during the facial and all I could hear while I was trying to relax were the gloves rubbing together and squeaking. Plus, the price is a bit steep for a 30 min facial ($65). read more

I love this place! The staff is always very friendly, the office is beautiful and peaceful, all of the massage therapists are fantastic and the doc is awesome! I've seen a lot of docs over many years for various pain points, however he was the only one that found a particular pain point for me, my rib cage being out of place, which was making it difficult to breath and causing significant pain. He was able to fix it within a few sessions and I still continue to go back every week or two adjustments and massages for my neck pain and tmj. For massages, I've seen Kieran, drew and a female masseuse, all of them are awesome! This is a great place, I highly recommend checking it out! read more

Dr. E and his staff are great. They helped cure my back pain. After physical therapy wasn't working I was skeptical to try a Chiro since I had heard mixed reviews about them. But after a couple of months of sessions I am now a firm believer. read more

I came to Om for a facial that I purchased off of Living Social. The place is set-up really nice and it's a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accomadating and I had a great facial. I bought 3 sessions in the Salt Room through a Groupon, The first time I went with my daughter. The experience was really good. For the second time, I went alone. The experience was totally the opposite. It was very loud in the reception area. I couldn't relax at all. Two sessions and two completely different experiences. read more

After seeing this chiropractor several times I did not feel at all confident with him. First of all I went to him for low back pain and he x-rayed my neck and not my lower back. He showed me an x-ray supposedly of my neck, which I have come to find out was not my neck at all!! But yet he charged me for an x-ray. I think he scammed me! Also, my lower back never did feel much better after over a month of sessions. read more

I came here after my lawyer suggested Dr. E to help me with my herniated disc. I was treated very well and it was easy to schedule my 2-3x weekly schedule. He helped me rehab my back and got me squatting and lifting weights again. I was in so much pain and did not want to be hooked on pain meds, I am so grateful for the staff here. The sitting area is very relaxing and they also have a water massage bed for you to use after your session. They do offer massages, but I have not had the chance to check it out yet. I recommend this place if you are having issues and pain. read more
