There's zero pushy sales bs, and nothing but genuine interaction. We ended up getting a Ripcurl spring suit, some Sticky Bumps, and checking out their huge selection of boards. I was anxious to get a "real" board, but the guy helping us was kind enough to tell me to slow my roll. My kids are on Wavestormers and still getting a feel for it, and the guy suggested not to rush them past that stage. Much appreciated advice, and it means I am 1000% coming back to ET when they *are* ready for new boards. We could definitely tell that he loves what he does and puts a lot of care into his work. He literally had 6 customers within 15 mins and knocked 5 of them out just like that! One person was waiting on ski adjustments which took more time. I came in with a minor road bike tire repair and he solved the problem in seconds! We have now two bike shops on the Westchester area and the other one is shut down until 1/2! These guys are open because ski season is among us and he stays busy! Wise man. Lots of bikes for sale and rental, same with skis, ski boots, helmets, and all the things! Highly recommend this place! It used to be at a different area in The Southbay Pavillion when it used to be called The Carson Mall; and it was a bigger building too! This building that it's in, is wayyyy smaller, but they still have the products you need for sports, shooting, fitness, etc.. It's still always awesome getting their random coupons in the mail. Even if you saw something for sale and you forgot your coupon; the workers here are nice enough to give it to you for the sale price, as long as you're not lying and if the sale's still going on. It's pretty clean and well-organized inside, along with great workers who give their customers full attention. I sure do miss seeing Neelam working at this store! She was super cool and had great customer service! Same with the lady with the reddish hair and glasses, who likes watching wrestling!
