When you walk in, the store is so neatly arranged and organized, it's super easy to find everything you are looking for. After coming here for so long, I legit just discovered that upstairs houses their "gently used" section, for those looking for an even more affordable option. The workers are super friendly, with a chill vibe. Everyone is knowledgeable & always willing you help you. My lil fam of 4 snowboards every year, so we have come here (year after year) to update our snow outfits, to googles, boots, snow socks, thermals, & beanies. What I ended up getting was far more than I expected. The return was seamless and enlightening. All of the employees are so fun, friendly and knowledgeable. I met one young woman who asked if I needed help finding anything. I was looking for packs in the used section but she explained they go quick. I meandered around the store and bumped into her again. I asked her where the packs are and she showed me a large range. Since I'm looking somewhere in the 40-55L range she said she would get someone to help me. Initially I declined having help but she also mentioned a fitting. I had never had a backpack fitting so I accepted the help. Alyssa was amazing!!! She measured my spine and from there helped me find a pack. I learned I have a short torso. Makes sense and my waist is close to my chest so now I was able to find a pack that would sit appropriately on my hips (ilac crest). She was a wealth of knowledge. It was a wonderful visit. Nico gave us about 2 hours of undivided attention in helping us find the equipment and really took the time to make sure everything was perfect for us including the comfort, design, and value of the equipment. My boyfriend and I both left the store with our own new pair of fitted boots, fully set up skis, poles, helmets, and a bunch of helpful tips. We could definitely tell that he loves what he does and puts a lot of care into his work. Apparently he's experienced in both skiing and snowboarding, so it truly felt like he knew what he was talking about. We'll definitely come back in the future for some more equipment and apparel if we're ever looking for more snow gear.

The staff helping us were super friendly and patient and made the entire process super smooth! They also do repairs so if you have your own equipment that needs adjustments, they can help with that too! It's at a very convenient location about 10 minutes away from the actual resort and they close at 5pm (an hour after the resort closes) and they also have lockers outside if you do come back after they close. Overall really positive experience and customer service was great! Will Be back!

The staff was easy to deal with and everything went pretty quickly. That said, the snowboard I received was kind of old. You can definitely notice that the boards and bindings have some age on them, and the edges felt worn. They also don't carry fancy or newer design boards, so if you're looking for the latest models or something high-end, this might not be the place. Overall, it's a convenient spot if you just need something quick and functional, but don't expect premium or newer gear.
