I pulled out my phone, as I walk toward the spray paint, and told him I looked it up online and it said you carry it.. He insisted, as we stood about 4' away from it, "they have stuff online that we don't have in the store. I said, as I turn to grab the cans of "Dupli-color primer, my friend at work told me it was here. I said, "I think this is it! It was like he didn't want to sale it to me. Not one time did he even act like he was looking for. He didn't apologize or say "Oops" or anything. There were no other customers in the store and he didn't appear to be doing anything. If a young man in this store tells you they don't have something LOOK FOR YOURSELF!

However, while waiting…read morefor my car to be finished the manager (caucasian) showed up at the shop and began a mock berating of his African-American employee, including calling him the N-word. The tone was jovial and his fake anger appeared to be part of a regular dialogue between the two, but even that mock yelling was one-way, not a mutual "busting of chops". Sadly this behavior just reinforced the class divide that this particular racist manager (he may be the owner too?) thinks is okay to maintain with his employees. The admin/scheduler/office manager is also African-American and she heard the whole thing and said nothing. I guess these two black employees just have to 'grin and bear it' because they need the job? I recently moved to the area and wonder have I made a mistake relocating to Maryland...is flagrant racism tolerated in Glen Burnie? Hoping these two employees are able to find better work somewhere else ASAP. The window technician did a superb job on our windshield and the woman behind the counter was exceptional in her efficiency and customer service focus. Recommend you take your auto glass business elsewhere--plenty of shops in the area that are not run by racists.

Last weekend at NJMP I ended up having a transmission issue that caused some pretty violent, unpredictable rear-wheel behavior under acceleration. I had a few moments where I was absolutely convinced I was about to eat shit, and somehow the bike just stayed underneath me. The shock and tire were working so well together that the rear stayed planted and controlled through some seriously sketchy moments. It's one thing for a suspension upgrade to make a bike feel nicer. It's another thing entirely when you're having a genuine "oh shit" moment and the suspension gives you enough grip and control to save your ass. Huge thanks to MRP. You guys do excellent work and I'm thankful to have you guys.

Shoutout to Charlie, Brent, and team! These folks are amazing people. Not only did I get a…read moremaintenance appointment scheduled for the very next day, I also was able to drop off my truck the day before. I ordered 4 new tires that had to be ordered and delivered the following day. But wait there's more, I also had to go Philadelphia for a family members surgery and could not be back until the following week... they said no problem! They kept it on the lot for me. Brent even called me and asked if I wanted to save @$65 on my Bridgestone tires by opting out on the "Bridgestone" lettering not being white. I didn't even know that was a thing!! Then he explained that the best thing to do in addition was an alignment once the new tires were installed. Our Red Dodge Ram 1500 Lone Star is already blacked out so these tires went perfectly. We just ordered the same tires to replace our old ones with the white lettering. Genius and we saved money! Thanks to Brent! And a little secret, I had to have the team get out a space saver hanger out of my bumper!! It's the king that has two hanging hooks on both ends so that when it hangs down, it space saves. Well, I got one caught up in my tail gate after hauling stuff to my storage unit and because of the double hook detail it was stuck. So it wasn't able to pull up it up from the tailgate hinge, so I pushed it down thinking it would fall through! Wrong! Since I automatically panicked knowing it could possibly make a rattling noise if left in the tailgate which would drive us crazy... I was also thinking it could affect wiring or safety issues. Though I asked the team to try and remove it, I asked for them to keep on the DL and I would confess to my husband after the removal. Jesus teased me by pretending he was going to announce the task on the overhead speaker so the entire crew could hear it in the service bay and sales floor. I told him he was funny and that I was going to keep an eye on him from then on. The team did a great job with everything! And the carefully placed the rescued hanger on display on the passenger seat for me to appreciate. It literally was on my service ticket. The surgery also went smoothly! God is good! Now as my family member recovers, so will my truck be able to from the hanger removal. Thanks to the excellence of the Surgeon at University of Penn Medicine, the service team at Fred Frederick, and God's Hand on us this entire week!

Years and years ago, before I even moved to my current home, I got tints on my new (at the time)…read morecar. Some of the tints started bubbling about a month ago on the top of my back passenger and rear windows. I called and scheduled to get it fixed like several weeks ago, and the time finally came. They used to be near the intersection of 193 and 450, only about 10 minutes from my house... they moved to Gambrills! And apparently it was right after I had gotten my tints done. The GPS took me on the backside, but their sign is fairly easy to spot in the middle of the building right off of Rt. 3. I went inside and said I had made an appointment. The guy took my keys, took my car around back, and then I had to hop on a work call, and thankfully they have a WiFi network and are willing to share the password. I hopped on, and I had to pause to answer some questions about the car and when I got my tints done -- and I realized it was 8 years ago. 8 years ago!!! I thought it was in the middle of the pandemic... btu this just goes to show that I have completely lost track of time since the pandemic. Wild. So I worked and a little over two hours passed by, and everything was done! The space inside is very open, and the couches are like the fancy massage ones I think -- but they weren't plugged in... yet. And they had a nice TV setup! There's one actual desk to work at, but I was comfortable in the couch. They could use more desks I'd say, but otherwise I like the environment. It's open and chill. They do a lot of custom car work and are professional. And they crank HARD when they're working in the garage. I was jamming to most of their playlist. Pay them a visit!
