It's also good and that people obviously trust the people who work here and I do too. I was pretty upset waiting 20 minutes and people cutting in the line until I got to the guy and spoke to him. He thanked me for waiting blah blah blah and help me get the car part that I needed. I think I would go to a different store next time just because this one is so busy but it's only one in the area and it was convenient. They get a lot of business from independent mechanics and local shops but I've never had too long of a wait. Call ahead and they can set your parts aside for when you get there. I've mostly bought domestic car/truck parts from them GM, JEEP, and Toyota when I had my 4Runner. The second time I went to pick up a battery for an online order. I was made to wait over 10 minutes when there were people doing nothing and having a conversation behind the counter. The battery was sitting for over five months and was shot not serving any use to me. Batteries are supposed to be fresh and not on the shelf more than 3 months for optimal performance. The third time I returned the core which was a similar experience of waiting over the incompetent and inconsiderate workers. The last time I was here; today, I returned the shot battery I purchased and was made to wait while the same workers were ignoring customers and wasting time. When telling the worker to hurry up and provide better customer service I was called a jackass and threatened to not be helped. I did not curse at the cashier I simply told him how poor his customer service was. He also said he doesn't have to provide good customer service. Do not patronize this business. They are among the worst people you can encounter. Completely incompetent, inconsiderate, and bitter country losers.
