Less than 4 hours later the top layer of my gel nails peeled off and 2 of my nails' gel came completely off. I called the next day and told Rachel what happened and she told me to come in so she could fix it but I couldn't come right away and she was booked, so I had to celebrate my birthday with incomplete polish on my nails. I haven't heard back from her and this was just on Friday (2/07). Pressure was inconsistent, she would be soft in some areas and painful in others. My hubby said his massage was not bad. Also, they only gave us a 50 minute massage instead of 60. The rooms each have a single pod equipped with a shower, towels, body wash and shampoo/conditioner for before and after the float. The single person pods are heated to body temperature and filled with 1200 lbs of epsom salt. You can choose to keep the pod cracked open or fully closed and keep the blue tinted light on or off. The time spent is so relaxing I couldn't believe when my hour was up! Highly recommended.
