I am never returning here! I went to Harmony at around 1 PM asking if I could make an appointment…read morefor that afternoon. The lady said she could take me in right now. I said I could not make it at that moment but that I could return at 2 PM or even 3 PM for an hour massage. She said ok and we left it at that. I returned before 2 PM and she led me to the room. I asked for the Swedish Massage but asked her not to put too much pressure. It was only when I got to the room that she said she could only do 30 minutes because she had an appointment to take. I wish I had known that earlier but I figured I was already in the room and agreed. During my massage, the bell to the front door went off three times and she kept leaving the room to attend to whoever came in. That's a lot of interruptions for a 30 minute massage!! She finished my massage before 2:30 PM. You'd think there would have been some concessions made for the interruptions. She said the massage came out to $40. When I pulled my credit card, she said it would be $42 because of the fee. Ok, again, I wish there was a sign that mentioned this. I signed the receipt and handed it to her and her response was, no tip? Wow!! I honestly did not think she deserved a tip! I went ahead and added $5 because I'm a sucker but told her I was not happy. I felt cheated and lied to. Never have I left a massage angry. Horrible business practice and one that I never intend to support ever again.

She then comes back in the room then says you can lay down on the table I'll be right back, leaves the door open ( mind you I'm just in my underclothes). Once she starts massage my shoulders her phone goes off 4 times, she answers every time, carries a 7 minute conversation with a man named Robert who is putting stone flooring in her home and working on permits to start the electrical work in her home ( I know this cause she answered the phone, put it on speaker while she massaged and talked to him). During my massage session she stepped out 2 other times to answer the door Or questions from another lady who was working there. I am writing to share a complaint about my recent post-op massage with Lori. I have had two…read moreprevious therapists at this location and both experiences were excellent, so this appointment was very disappointing. From the beginning of the session, Lori was extremely rough with the massage. Post-op massages require care and gentleness, but throughout the entire appointment her technique felt overly aggressive and uncomfortable. In addition, she made several comments about my body that were inappropriate and insulting. She asked if I had liposuction on my arms, which I did not. She then asked when I had a tummy tuck, which I have also never had I only had a C-section. These assumptions were unnecessary and made me feel uncomfortable during the session. There were also moments that felt very unprofessional. At one point she tossed a pillow onto my neck area instead of placing it properly, and when wiping the oils off my body with a towel she was extremely rough. This is something I have never experienced during any massage, especially a post-op massage where extra care should be taken. Because my previous therapists were so professional and gentle, this experience stood out for all the wrong reasons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the level of care and professionalism during this appointment did not meet the standard I experienced before.
