Carrie was our caterer and provided us with delicious and hearty breakfasts, creative and healthy picnics lunches and sumptuous buffet style sit down dinners. I was particularly impressed with her slow cooked braised lamb ragu made from lamb shoulders. It was intensely flavorful, rich and wonderfully meaty. This is not the first time I've experienced bad service from her. I usually call in ahead of time so that I can just grab and go to get to work. She sometimes forgets to make it or like today she makes it and then when I arrive she is nowhere to be found. I waited five minutes this morning three minutes after the cashier found her and let her know I was waiting. The only reason I continue to patronize your business is the lady that is usually there. She is awesome. The food is great and she is very friendly and proficient. Unfortunately since they are not on a set schedule I may have to find another place to get my burritos
