We had the pleasure of talking with the grandson and his wife, who now run the business. They were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely happy to answer questions and help us pick out products. We brought home a jar of their extra hot green salsa, and wow...it is absolutely incredible. It has a serious kick, but the heat never overpowers the flavor. You can actually taste the fresh Hatch chiles instead of just burning your mouth. It's hands down one of the best salsas I've had.
