    I will not be able to recommend this management company to anyone in the future…read more I engaged Peggy for tenant placement services based on a referral from my agent, who assisted me in purchasing my first investment property in Orlando, as I reside out of state. My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.

When I decided to put my own house on the market a few months ago, I remembered Shoreline Realty from the name on the side of Matthew's pick-up truck, looked him up, and reached out. We met at my home soon after to get acquainted, have Matthew get a look at the house, and voice our thoughts on appropriate updates/repairs, the asking price, for getting it on the market, etc. With Matthew's guidance and assistance in facilitating preparations, the house was listed on April 20th, had six showings, and had two solid offers within a week. In the interim, I've come to know Matthew as a high-energy person of integrity, with a wealth of local knowledge and resources who grew up in the area and is finely tuned to the local real estate markets. He's reliable, intelligent yet relatable, driven yet chill, and knows how to market properties to the best advantage for both buyers and sellers. His appreciation and knowledge of older homes such as mine, as well as his knowledge of how houses of all eras are put together (and his sense of humor), is a bonus. If you are looking for a real estate agent in Volusia County who's willing to put in the work and go the extra mile, I enthusiastically recommend Matthew McLean of Shoreline Realty.

    DO NOT SIGN WITH PMO moved in 09/04/2017 To start we were…read moreshown a house full of dead roaches...EVERYWHERE. We were told the house was to be cleaned before move in but seems the cleaner was in a complete rush and only vacuumed and sweep floors, I spent 4 hours scrubbing the place down with bleach and water, picking roaches out or corners and cabinets. My husband is a painter and did over $1500 worth of caulking and painting to the home, again nothing in return from owner of the home or the company. AFTER we move in, give our security deposit, we learn only 2 outlets in the entire house worked AND there was NO water. After a week they finally got most of the electric outlets working (we were told they were going to have to rewire the entire house(bid at $15,000), the employee said and i quote "this houses electrical system is completely NIGGER rigged") , but still no water. WE LIVED IN A HOUSE PAYING OVER $1000 FOR RENT WITH NO WATER FOR 2 WEEKS. NO compensation. AT ALL.Months in we are STILL dealing with water issues. First the pump went out, took 2 weeks to solve that, then the water heater and to this day 12/15/2017 we are still having issues with the water heater, it was replaced, then a part broke, an now it shuts off when it gets hot, so we have to turn it on every time we shower. Our Gas tank on site was never inspected, and the company tried to push the $700 inspection, and fill fee on us. The "owner" Marcelo is incompetent as a manager and hardly speaks english. WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED, PMO DOSE NOT CARE ABOUT RENTERS OR BYERS, DO NOT WASTE A CENT HERE. Calling the BBB.

Jason answered all of my questions about The Realty Medics and their services and we decided to work with them. Once we signed the agreement I dealt with Emi and she was extremely friendly and helpful with getting our property setup in their systems. Once the property was listed they quickly found a qualified tenant and I was assigned my account manager, Eva. Eva is fantastic at communicating with me the few times there were issues with the property. She also conducted a market analysis when it was time for the tenants to renew their lease. My experience with The Realty Medics has really given me comfort knowing my investment property is taken care of well and that my husband and I do not need to worry about this aspect of our retirement plan. Prospective House had squatters ( not their fault) followed up with them…read morefrequently to see when we can go see the house after they kicked squatters out and repaired the damages. Once applied , the person dodged our calls and emails after taking our application fees for weeks and then finally said "oh someone else applied and it's pending". No one else applied before we did , the manager dragged their feet for weeks after 27 phone calls and 8 emails. I look forward to their response on this one with some altered fabrication of Reality.
