A major water leak caused a $635 bill, which she promised to repay and never did. When we tried to leave honest reviews, she blocked me on social media and had every 1-star Google review removed--including mine and others who had seen the documentation. The only one that stuck was from my father, a co-signer who never lived there--and she called him directly the very next day to pressure him into deleting it. Consumers deserve to make decisions based on a full range of feedback--good and bad. It's concerning that instead of responding to valid criticism, she created fake reviews and removed real ones. That's not just unprofessional, it's deceptive. Renters, be aware.

My husband and I felt so disappointed to sell our house through Mathison-Klein Group in Clermont…read more Before we decided which Agency we went for, we interviewed a few big agencies, finally we chose Mathison-klein group because the agent shown professionalism and was presentable. It all went wrong after that. Our house had been at market for 2 and half months since mid of April and not even received 1 decent OFFER, it shown the price we set was wrong and the set price was encouraged by the agent. During that period, our agent never actively messaged us, only replied us when we had questions for her, mostly asking about what we could do to attract more potential buyers and her answer was always the same to lower the price. We even asked her to do Open House twice for us. Our agent had holiday at beginning of July and we were assigned another agent. The new agent seemed pretty helpful at the beginning. After week and a half, I told him if there's no decent offer, we may take our house off market for awhile and magically, he gave us a solid offer the next day. The buyer was the one he mentioned a week before with a really low offer, he said how solid this buyer was and would like to pay a little more, they even prepared a contract. So finally we accepted the price, then the truth came out. We found out this buyer was AN AGENCY too, he represented himself as own agent and our agent NOT EVEN MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT THIS. I understand agents need to buy house too, BUT during the whole price negotiation, I felt so unfair to deal with an agent, they knew the market, so they pushed our selling price way lower than market price and I felt MY AGENT WAS HELPING THE BUYER TOO. I couldn't believe that. The whole process of selling house with Mathison-Klein Group, we never felt being helped by our 2 agents but pushing us to sell way below market price. I supposed to give 1 Star, I only give 2 Stars because of the business owner Brandie talked with me about the whole deal was done. Even it has passed over 3 months, my husband and I still feel angry about that. So please do second thought if you want to sell your house through them.

We only received one key for the house front door and no remote controls for the garage, so we cannot open it. There are still lock boxes, maybe from other real state managers, at the front of the house and I asked Changing Latitudes to remove them because I don't feel comfortable with the idea of other people having access to the house key anytime they want.
