    I will not be able to recommend this management company to anyone in the future…read more I engaged Peggy for tenant placement services based on a referral from my agent, who assisted me in purchasing my first investment property in Orlando, as I reside out of state. My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.

Jason answered all of my questions about The Realty Medics and their services and we decided to work with them. Once we signed the agreement I dealt with Emi and she was extremely friendly and helpful with getting our property setup in their systems. Once the property was listed they quickly found a qualified tenant and I was assigned my account manager, Eva. Eva is fantastic at communicating with me the few times there were issues with the property. She also conducted a market analysis when it was time for the tenants to renew their lease. My experience with The Realty Medics has really given me comfort knowing my investment property is taken care of well and that my husband and I do not need to worry about this aspect of our retirement plan. Once applied , the person dodged our calls and emails after taking our application fees for weeks and then finally said "oh someone else applied and it's pending". No one else applied before we did , the manager dragged their feet for weeks after 27 phone calls and 8 emails. I look forward to their response on this one with some altered fabrication of Reality.

I…read morecan't base this review from a tenant perspective, but I do know that they scam, overcharge, and inconvenience home owners. We used them to manage our family property in Orlando, and it was the worst experience ever. (-) When you sign a contract with them, they collect the first month of rent from the OWNER!! I thought this was absurd, but we paid it anyway, because we thought that using a property manager would make things run a lot smoother -- not the case! (-) After the tenants moved in, we ended up receiving less than 1/4 of the rent, due to numerous superfluous fees. They billed us $300-600 for services that usually only cost a hundred or so. (-) In addition to the fact that they basically cheated us out of thousands of dollars over the duration of the contract, they also began sending us nasty emails and calling to argue, after we notified them that we weren't interested in renewing our contract. We own a few properties in Orlando, and have rented them ourselves in the past. But since we all aren't in Orlando at the moment, we decided to go with a property management company for the first time. After this experience, I can wholeheartedly say that we will NEVER again employ a property management company -- especially if these fees and unprofessional attitudes are commonplace.

Lee has been nothing short of outstanding. He's responsive, professional, proactive, and thoughtful in every interaction. Whether it was urgent repairs, tenant concerns, or just regular updates, Lee always kept me informed and handled everything with a calm confidence that gave me peace of mind--even though I was managing the property remotely. When I decided to put my own house on the market a few months ago, I remembered Shoreline Realty from the name on the side of Matthew's pick-up truck, looked him up, and reached out. We met at my home soon after to get acquainted, have Matthew get a look at the house, and voice our thoughts on appropriate updates/repairs, the asking price, for getting it on the market, etc. With Matthew's guidance and assistance in facilitating preparations, the house was listed on April 20th, had six showings, and had two solid offers within a week. In the interim, I've come to know Matthew as a high-energy person of integrity, with a wealth of local knowledge and resources who grew up in the area and is finely tuned to the local real estate markets.
