Kira Woods was simply amazing in the selling of my home! I read the reviews for her online was not…read moredisappointed in my choice of using her as my realtor. She came in confident, assessed my home, gave me some tips and tricks that would help my home be more appealing to buyers, and then we talked about how much I was looking to sell for. When I say trust her, I mean it! I listened to her advice and expertise about what minor changes that needed to be made and where I should price the home at. She is the expert here! We priced the home right on the nose, we got offers by the next day. I listened to her advice again and was rewarded for it. We had multiple offers within 3 days of listing and I ended up selling the home higher than I thought that I would get. She actually thanked me for trusting her and for listening to her advice, because we never once had to chase the market, I was under contract with a seller within 3 days of listing, she was a wealth of knowledge about the process of everything, and I closed right when I needed to! I know that she handled a lot of things on the back end that I knew nothing about until later on at closing. My entire experience with her was wonderful and the home selling processes was pretty much painless! She was simply an amazing realtor and I would definately use her again for buying and/or selling of my home!

This review is long overdue! In the early spring of 2024 my husband and I decided our short time…read morein Orlando had come to an end. We had a fabulous Florida Mid Century house that when we bought it had been upgraded with all the designer fixings and a spacious backyard with room for the 15x 30 6 ft deep pool we built with all new landscaping, turf, slabs and marble creating a resort style backyard. We knew we could probably break even so when a house came up on the market for close to what we were wanting to list I went to the open house to get the low down from the listing agent. On that day I met Mary Heidrich and I knew right away that she was good people. She was charming, warm and friendly and I could tell she was not the typical Floridian Realtor who seemed to look out only for personal gain and greed which was something very important to us since we wanted someone we could trust. A month later we listed and because of Marys trust in our home, expertise and most likely her charm to the buyer we received an all cash offer near asking price and we broke even and then some. Mary thank you from the bottom of our hearts without your excitement and trust in our how special we had made that home we would have been lost. We are so lucky we had Mary Heidrich represent our home and we could not recommend her enough if you want an all around genuine kind person representing you.

We told him some homes we were interested in and he brought other great candidates -- he took us through all of them, but we just could not find something in our budget. My wife and I thought we would have to wait a few months until something else came in the market, but maybe a week or two went by and Steven found a new build that was almost completed -- it was not even listed on any of the big websites (Zillow, etc.). He negotiated our home at our budget and even got the closing costs to be COMPLETELY covered -- we were actually paid a large sum of money at closing when we got the home with NO money out of pocket. This man was on top of everything -- he was an amazing asset to this process. My wife and I felt confident and well informed. In the midst of the home buying process, my wife had our first baby and Steven sent us a card and gift card for our baby -- he didn't need to do that, but he is is a good man. He even gave us a custom made house warming gift that we absolutely love! If you want a great realtor who will do the hard work and help you get what you want, Steven is the man. He is on your side and will make sure you are well taken care of. We are absolutely going back to him in the future, assuming we stay in the greater Orlando area.

He asked what we are looking for and immediately took the initiative to start sending us listing gathering information and became our agent. We saw many properties with both Nick and Andy, lost a few that we really liked but ultimately we found our forever home and are building new. As for the sale portion of what was our current home, Nick, Andy and team felt very confident in that it would sell quickly and that we would get our asking price... after some staging assistance from the team, some house preparation on our part and some purging we got the house ready, listed it on Thursday, hosted open house on Sunday and Monday we had 2 serious offers to consider. We closed in 30 days, got asking price and are very pleased with how Nick and team handled the sale or our home and are assisting us through the process of our new home being built. Thanks Nick, Andy and team! We could not have done it without your help. I would certainly obtain their services again and strongly recommend them.
