we scheduled an apartment tour months in advance, and came from california. as soon as we walk in…read morethe woman told us that they don't do apartment tours during the rain, didn't introduce herself or apologize. we were very confused because this is florida? it rains constantly. a very weird interaction and didn't bother to call us or let us know that this was their "policy". it honestly just gave the vibe that she didn't feel like walking in the rain. i guess all of their bad reviews speak for themselves!
