Anne-Marie met with us after 5 during the week and took the time to explain the homebuying process and answers several of our questions. We were given a packet with all of this information and during the meeting there was absolutely no pressure to try and find a house quickly- and we didn't. Over the next couple of months Ann-Marie's patience really shown through. The wife and I found houses here and there, on zillow and through the miller group platform, that we wanted to look at- sometimes we'd only see one house after Anne-Marie meeting use 30-40 miles away from her office, only because it's the only one we wanted to look at. We did this until early March when we finally found the house we wanted. They recommended that I have an independent appraisal done, to make sure that I priced my properties realistically, and not some pie in the sky number. Because of their professionalism and their suggestion, i decided to have them represent me. After my experience with other realtors over the past six years, I can say that Redefy excelled in every area of their representation of my properties. In addition to Mark and Chad, Liza Canales also became involved in all aspects of the marketing and sale of the properties. From handling the photographers, the internet advertising, the initial offer negotiating, and right through the final closings, Redefy exceeded all my expectations, and then some. He answered his phone, answered questions and was available. After listing agreement was signed. Stopped answering phone calls. He always had some excuse why he couldn't take the time to address either questions or issues with the listing being listed incorrectly or never took the time to screen a potential buyer who I discovered lied to Harry. Never saw the marketing Harry stated they do. I know how the industry works since I am the creator of the real estate IDX system. I am very tech savvy and know how to check for specific online marketing. I could write a whole book on my experiences with The Kazarian Team and Harry Kazarian. However, in short, I would not recommend him or his team.
