They have single-handedly saved us $100,000k plus in the 30 or so homes we have flipped and sold with them. This is the system the pros use. A typical realtor fee to sell your home is about $6000, sand dollars fee... $300! The way I see it realtors basically just bring buyers and sellers together, and then play telephone between the two. Make the process more simple and streamlined and leaves $6000 in the sellers pocket per deal. That's hard to beat. Rob the owner is also great for information if you have problems or questions.
