I went to Lowes to buy a new doorknob to replace the old one, and the technician called me to say she was coming within 5 minutes. I was thrilled that she was coming earlier than expected, so I checked out at Lowes and went back home with my dog, Santapaws, excited that an expert would open our closet door. She arrived in a company car with the logo, which gave me more peace of mind. The whole process took only 15 minutes, but unfortunately, she wasn't able to open the door for me, and I was not charged. I appreciate the quick and expedited service, but I cannot give them a 5-star rating because the task wasn't accomplished.

He was super patient, we looked at dozens of homes with him and never once did we feel we were wasting his time or that we had to quickly make a decision. She wouldn't even give us a call back when we specifically asked her to call us when she heard any updates on a condo we applied for (multiple times over multiple days) We had to reach out to her for two days straight but she would never call us. When my boyfriend called her to get an update, she ignored the call right away and when I called right after from a different number she answered the phone. She was ignoring us on purpose. When I asked her why she didn't call me to let me know what's going on, she texted me a screen shot of an EMAIL she sent me that I guess was supposed to substitute for the phone call I was waiting on. Tamara will literally argue on the phone with you, she shows absolutely no professionalism or customer service. She speaks with a know it all tone of voice and talks over you on the phone. I cannot express how awful my experience with her was. Having worked at a realtor office before, I know this is not how you treat clients or potential tenants. Who ever let this woman talk to the public needs to hire a new realtor.
