I've been coming here for 14 years and I don't plan to change docs anytime soon. I get an adjustment every 3 to 4 weeks at my own desire with the exception of when I kink my back or neck, at which point, I go more regularly. The staff is very friendly and I have begun to think of the staff as a family. They are always willing to fit me in and are respectful of my time as they will take me back to the roller table/therapy table within minutes of walking into the office. Dr. Olson is wonderful at listening to my concerns on how my body feels and will adjust me as needed to fit those concerns. PROBLEM: Playing golf in mid- December '18 I felt a twinge in my lower back after hitting a shot with my 3 wood. Next morning when I woke up my back was locked up and the pain was intense- I could barely get myself out of bed and couldn't bend over to tie my shoelaces. I called Dr Stacey's office (after reading many Yelp reviews of Chiropractors in my area.) I got in to see her that day. She did X-rays to see what was going on, showed them to me while pointing out specifically my problems, and described what she would do to get me out of pain and address the causes. RESULTS: After 2 sessions the pain went from 90% to 30%. After 4 sessions I was able to move freely with only occasional pain. After 6 sessions I was back playing golf and swinging freely and without pain- my movement is better than I have had for years. I'm a Home Inspector and sometimes Ladders reject us - yep I fell off. Dr Olson did an X-ray on my leg, adjusted it and I was able to walk out of her office. Two weeks later the ladder did it a 2nd time (Ladder is gone by-by). I have been going to Dr. Olson for as long as I can remember. She is absolutely incredible, I was in a bad accident a few years ago and she has definitely sped up the recovery process. I've been seeing Dr. Olson for 2 1/2 years and am so grateful that we found her. I've seen chiropractors my whole life and never has one actually made a difference in my neck. When I began seeing her I suffered from weekly migraines. Within the first year they decreased to minor headaches occasionally. This year I had to throw away all my Excedrin and Ibuprofen because it expired in my cabinet before I was ever able to use it! :) Now my husband goes who never had any issues but notices a difference in how his back and neck feel better! He was skeptical about chiropractors even though he saw a difference in me and now that he goes himself he tells everyone about it! She knows so much about natural medicine too in addition to her expertise in chiropractic. We refer as many people we can and the ones who have gone have been so grateful they did! From the first the office is great.....well designed etc but that doesn't matter. Dr Olson is personally dynamic and inspires confidence right from the beginning. Her staff is great, friendly, efficient etc. And results? YOU BET. Dr Olson said it would probably take about 12 weeks before I could go on maintenance and sure enough I feel soo much better. Dr. Olson does a good job. However, be careful because the Dr's office requires you to pay at time of appointment, and they tell you that you will be reimbursed by insurance medicare directly. My appointments where in October 2018 and I have still not been reimbursed anything from medicare, so I called the Dr's office - they hadn't billed medicare as they said they would. If they were sending bills for their money they would have followed up, but because they had already been paid, no one bothered to follow up. Good Dr. - but because of my experience just plan on paying her out of your own pocket. read more
