People don't go out of their way to leave detailed negative reviews on multiple platforms when things are good. They do it to warn others. Hope y'all can take an honest inventory here with Leslie, she's got some work to do especially considering she's in contact with a sector of the public that's often suffering or in pain and looking for relief. You certainly won't get it from her! In reading more of these reviews i'm learning she's his wife, which may explain why the behavior has not yet been addressed. The second I said I just need immediate relief they basically refused to treat me and lightly brushed on me and sent me home. So disappointing. Just proves my point I guess. Please be careful here. They told us it would be a $20 copay with our insurance. Ended up charging us way more with extra "procedures". Each appointment is max 15 minutes and feels very rushed. We were charged $45 for missing an appointment that we didn't make and the front desk was extremely rude saying there's nothing they can do. Got the office managers info and they took away the charge. We won't be back.
