I went to this practice for the first time this summer and am due again in a couple of weeks for my biannual checkup. The office was clean and the staff was great. I never thought going to a dentist would be so pleasant, every time I come here they treat me like an MVP! The staff at the front desk are forever smiling and so easy to talk to. I'm a big believer that if you treat someone with respect you'll get the same reaction back, the doctor is so awesome, as long as I've been coming here she's never been in a bad mood, and I have to say she does such a great job. Dr. Green and her staff were amazing in a recent dental snafu that I was in. I was visiting my parents in MD from CA and after a bad dentist visit in California where they told me I needed three cavities filled, I contacted Olney Dental to fill those cavities on my visit before I had to go back to work in CA. After amazingly accommodating actions and patience, Dr. Green took new x rays and informed me that, in fact, I didn't have any cavities and no work needed to be done. She took time out of her schedule to deal with my situation and I can't say enough nice things about how helpful the whole office and staff were. read more

Happy Dentists...happy patients! This is a tightly-knit team offering well-managed patient care. I have never had to wait more than five minutes whenever I am on time for my appointment. The only downside to this Olney Dental Group are their hours. But if you can set up an appointment six-months in advance, you can usually pick-up the 8:00 a.m. slot. I only give one star because negative stars are not possible. OMG. I contacted this office to make an appointment. How obnoxious and rude can an office be. First, I told them I was referred by a friend (a co-worker), they asked her name and I provided it. I told them I didn't have my health insurance card but that I would call the insurance company and provide the info via email. They seemed ok with that until I tried to actually book an appointment. They actually went into my referring friends file and shared her Hippa info with me, stating what her insurance was and her last visit. Wow that's not correct. Then they told me they couldn't book the appointment because of Obama care and If I didn't have a card to take a photo of and provide via email I would be libel for the entire cost of the visit. I asked if I could book the appointment and bring the card on the day of the visit. They gave me a further run around blaming president Obama and Obama care. I called the insurance company and asked them to call the dentist and verify me and assure them a care was en route, the insurance company obliged and called me back stating the dentist office was "paranoid". They actually told the insurance company rep that she could not prove she was from cigna and how could they trust her. Needless to say my friend's recommendation is out the window. Dr Green just did dental work for me. She and her assistant are a great team. Becky does my cleaning and is very good. My husband and two teen boys go here as well. Office is very clean and neat and decorated nicely. Prompt and courteous staff. I've been going to this practice since before Dr Kim (Dr Levine was owner), have seen some changes and really like this practice as a whole. So lucky to have them in Olney. read more

I will recommend this office very highly, just because they all know how to make each patient feels welcome be part as a family. I was searching for the right dentist, just because I had bad experience with dentist growing up, so I refuse to see a dentist for a long time. I had to ask my friends if they knew any good dentist will treat terrify patient so they recommend Dr Deborah Kim Practice. They informed me that if I meet all the dentist and staffs in this office, I will be very happy and comfortable. I decide to give this office a chance, so I called the office the young lady who answer the phone was very polite, friendly and knew her job. I explained my issues: I'm terrify with dentist, haven't seen a dentist for such a long time due to bad experience to the young lady, her response to me is she will schedule an appointment for consult first, that way I can sit down with dentist and get to know or the feeling about the dentist first before I schedule any treatment. I told her okay I will do that!. She schedule me out, at the same time she ask me do I have any dental ins, I told yes! She ask me if I can email her a copy of my ins card front and back, so she can call the ins company to make sure that Dr Kim is in the network and she's a provider, plus get a breakdown of my coverage prior to my appoint we just made. I was so impressed that this young lady will take initiative calling my dental insurance herself. When I walked into the office, I was greeted with friendly smiles from the front office staffs and they ask for my name, they ask for My driver license and they ask me! Was I able to access the websites to print out the registration form. Told the short young lady yes! I handle it over to her, she mentioned to me I can take a seat and relax, the assistant will call your name to bring you back to meet with dentist. The bottom line is my experience was awesome, comfortable, very relax after talking to the dentist so I decide to make all my appointments in the future. I have not a been a fan of dentists. But ever since being seen in Dr. Kim's office, I haven't had anything but the best service and everyone is super friendly! They care for you and want to make sure you are always comfortable; explain what they are doing during a procedure (as a normal person). I highly recommend this office as your dentist group.
