If you're thinking about coming to this salon, I'd think twice. I can't speak about the experience as a customer, but I can speak about my experience as an Uber Eats delivery driver, and honestly, it was very disappointing because of the attitude of the staff. I accepted an order for Holly and followed the exact address and delivery instructions provided in the app. I arrived at the entrance on Olympic Blvd., opened the front door, and noticed it was blocked by a cosmetics cart. Since the delivery instructions never mentioned that I needed to use the back entrance, I started checking the map to see if there was another way in. At that moment, Holly opened the door and, clearly annoyed, asked if I hadn't seen the sign saying the entrance was in the back. The problem is that the sign is a small, dark plaque with lettering that's almost the same color, making it very easy to miss the first time. She took her order and slammed the door in my face. What hurt the most was that after all the effort I made to deliver her order, she gave me a bad rating. It was only a $6 order for almost 3 miles, which I accepted because it was on the way to a much larger order I was already delivering. There wasn't even any parking available, so I had to park around the corner and walk to the salon just to deliver her food. Even so, because of a misunderstanding that could have easily been avoided by adding a simple note in the app, I received a negative rating that caused Uber to temporarily deactivate my account from receiving orders for six hours. I never intended to do my job poorly. Delivery drivers follow the instructions customers provide in the app--we can't guess information that was never written. Just like Holly, I was also working and following instructions, and everyone makes mistakes. It was incredibly frustrating to feel like all my effort meant nothing and that I was punished for something that was completely outside of my control. If you don't want customers or delivery drivers using the front entrance on Olympic Blvd., then keep that door locked or put up a much larger, more visible sign so this doesn't happen again. Be careful if you decide to visit this salon if you don't want to be treated poorly by the staff. Holly, you should be kinder. Anyone can make an honest mistake, and as soon as I realized the front entrance was blocked, I immediately started looking for a solution. I hope no one ever does to the same to you, because then you'll understand how unfair it feels. Please update your delivery instructions and clearly state that drivers need to use the back entrance. And honestly, don't be so cheap, you got upset, slammed the door and leave a bad review and didn't even leave a tip since the beginning of the trip. Please be considerate, because you work in customer service too. read more

I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance and planned ahead to drive from Orange County. I was halfway to LA when I called to confirm that the stylist would be there at 9 AM. The front desk said they had called and texted me at 8 AM to cancel because she was sick. Obviously unplanned things come up, but the stylist likely knew earlier she was not feeling well and this salon does not care about inconveniencing clients, and they gave notice at the absolute last minute.
