That's exactly what they are. The best! Roseann and I were in constant communication via email and phone since the beginning of my request. She was the very first person to contact me after I filled out my Homeadvisor request, and she was the very first person to come to my property and gave me a very, very reasonable quote on the work I wanted to have done (mow our jungle of a lawn and take out 20+ persynthia bushes that took over the property before we moved in). She and her team arrived on time, stayed late, and were extremely courteous and mindful of our desires. Our neighbors even came out and complimented their work several times throughout the day. They even provided very helpful suggestions regarding our driveway that we could DIY for $600 instead of spending $3000 to have it professionally repaired. The A-Team delivered that old school, small business, "I care about my customer and want to do what is right by them" feeling that many companies nowadays simply don't provide or don't care enough to attempt anymore. Bottomline: give the A-Team your business. You won't regret it.

It isn't just that the work is done in a timely fashion, at an insanely high quality standard, and by truly exceptional tradesmen. It's also that they bend over backwards for us, return our calls in a very timely fashion, and when the service to be provided is a minor tweak, will sometimes just take care of it as a token of appreciation because of our repeat business! This is business as it always SHOULD BE done, with top quality professionals whose words and deeds let you know in unmistakable terms that you matter to them, and with fair pricing that reminds you of why you called them in the first place. I would normally say something like "We can't say enough about them" but, in this case, here's what I CAN say: that we have already referred more than a dozen of our family members, closest friends, clients and business associates to them, and that we will continue to refer folks their way, in the weeks, months and years to come.
