Her high-energy and excitement is matched by her knowledge of her industry! Initially, I had a buyer who was moving to a larger home that needed some sprucing up and updating. She hired Melissa for a consult. Melissa walked her through the new place, gave her suggestions for paint colors, decorating ideas. She was able to tap into the buyer's individual vision and give her a step-by-step to-do list! I recently hired Melissa to do a walk-thru consulation on a big home I'm putting on the market. The list she presented gave detailed instructions and several options the seller could do on their own or hire Melissa to do. It was so helpful! As this market shifts, her skills will be able to give sellers an edge in preparing their homes for sale! I will be calling her again, for sure!

Interesting store, nonetheless.

The store goes on forever (I never realized how big that space is) so you'll have plenty of things to see and choose from.
