Had trouble with the washer within the first 12 months and Lonnie the owner couldn't find the problem...5 years later he still hasn't fixed it after several attempts to get him out to the house and now he says it's out of warranty. Terrible customer service, Lonnie also told me they don't keep computer records so be carful if you want any kind of warranty claim handled.
