Shooter's Roost and Eric on the other hand are always friendly, say hello, will chit chat if they have the time, and know what they are talking about when it comes to firearms. Something quite lacking with many of the staff at Flat Top. So Now Shooter's is my go-to LGS. Prices are always good and they won't gouge you like another place I know.

I went to Flat Top Arms the same day and price compared and Flat Top was $100-400 higher on all their guns. However, like most places, Shooter's Roost was WAY high on ammo. They didn't have much of certain types in stock, like .380. Had lots of other kinds though, so just depends on shipments I guess. But way high -- $20/box for 20 rounds whereas I can get similar types of the same ammo for $11/box of 50 rounds at Cabela's in Charleston. Worth the drive to Charleston for sure to get your ammo. The staff here is great; very friendly, easygoing and knowledgeable.

The frame has a life time warranty. I have called Ashley customer support, the Ashley store, and Ashley corporate. They all tell me the same that since they can't order a part, there is nothing they can do. The frame is what is broken. This was do to a poor weld job. I don't understand why a company with a reputation, for building top dollar products, would not stand behind their products. I paid over $800 for this chair, instead of buying a cheaper chair of your company name. This is how companies like yours end up going under. Look at the big names that went that way. I asked her if I had to make a purchase more than the $199.00 she said no. I walked around the store, I have been looking for new lamps. I ran in the sales manager, Mark Davis, I told himy story, that I figured this was a gimmick to get me to purchase the plan, he said, no way! That is yours to spend however you want, and said if I needed any help to let him know. I continued on my search, being greeted by Leanna to make sure I didn't have any questions. I did find a lamp I really liked, she helped me out a bulb in and turn it on. Perfect, I told her I would just take one, at the register she said I will give you 25% off, I said, OH! Great, I will also take the other one, Mr. Mark Davis came by and said, did you find something, I told him yes, going to get both lamps, he asked the Leanna how much was I going to pay for the pair, he said give them to her for .... I said really! He said yes, we stand behind our policy and nothing hidden. He said, I appreciate you being honest when you came in and was thinking the coupon was a gimmick.
