It was my first time trying on dresses so I did not know what to expect and certainly did not expect to find THE ONE during my first appointment, but I did!! Mrs. Jolie is incredible! She is so knowledgeable and creative and can help you find or create exactly what you're wanting. She made me feel so beautiful and is just so fun to be around! Their selection is great and price point is unbeatable. Funny story, I had my appointment in the dark because tropical storm Olga knocked out the power. I called and went in in person and asked if it would be ok for my daughter to come in to look at veils while she was in town. I was warmly told, "Yes", absolutely. However when my daughter went in today with "no appt" she was asked to stay on one side of the veil room because there was another bride looking. A few minutes later, she was asked to leave because another bride was coming in "with an appointment."! When I called and came in, I was never asked to make an appointment. The fact that my daughter was asked to leave the store is rude and unacceptable. She is a bride too. Very disappointed! read more

Lots of bridal shops claim they are "boutiques," but are just your same crazy store with rows of tattered, broken zippered dresses and incompetent staff. Behold Olivier Couture! This is a true boutique experience. They try to set up the appointment so that you are the only ones there. BIG plus. The room where you try on is very welcoming and separate from the "showroom." The staff felt like my friends. Very down to earth, knowledgable and friendly. The dresses were in pristine condition, some being steamed as we were trying on. The prices are amazing for the quality and style. Very wide selection of styles and prices. Don't skip over this gem...it's worth the drive to the North shore! read more

Terrible experience! Would not recommend! They were professional and friendly when I went in to pick out a dress, I will give them that. However, upon finding a dress we had discussed that the dress would need to be two sizes up to fit me in the chest. They must've confused themselves while ordering the dress and ordered the correct size for my waist but not my bust. When the dress came in I could tell it was wrong but due to their Covid return policy and how long it would take another dress to come in I was stuck. I then went to a Taylor (that they recommended) and continued to have a terrible experience from there. The lady took my dress after the first fitting and said she would call me in three weeks. After 4 weeks I began to contact the lady myself and got no response. It took a full 7 weeks before I was able to go back for another fitting only after threatening to show up at her house to pick up my dress from her (which is where he shop was located). The Taylor obviously ended up rushing on my dress and it never did fit right. She made the straps too short and ended up cutting into my shoulders so badly that they almost bled. So all in all we ended up paying another $600 just to reconstruct a top that should've just been ordered bigger and never ended up right again because of the Taylor they recommended. read more

The staff members I dealt with before my appointment were super helpful and sweet. I was underwhelmed when I actually went to the store though. I felt that the selection here was lacking, and I didn't feel like any of the dresses were super special. During my appointment, I felt like the stylist was disagreeing with what I wanted for myself and what I had tried on and knew I liked at other stores. read more

Y'all. I wanted to get a wedding gown as close to home as possible but heard horror stories about Pearl's Place. Like, they made my friend cry. So I scoured the internet for a place in town (or close to town) where I could get a cute dress and not cry about the experience. Lo and behold Olivier Couture. Visiting from Los Angeles, I hesitantly scheduled an appointment to try on wedding dresses for a 2019 fall wedding. I have had such a difficult time finding a dress that compliments my body type and have become frustrated with attendants at other bridal boutiques because of their inexperience and lack of general knowledge. My mother and I arrived to Oliviers late (I accidentally scduled my appointment for the wrong time zone!) but without hesitation they rearranged their schedule, despite the growing waiting area, and allowed me to have my 2 hour fitting. The ladies here are SO nice. I have never felt so beautiful and confident. Wedding dress shopping is such a personal but exciting experience and I am so grateful that these lovely ladies were able to accommodate my mother and my schedule and that they made the entire experience so memorable. In fact, because I am out of state and weary on committing to a dress at a store out of state, they assured me that they would mail the dress to me! Awesome! I was very pleased with the fair pricing and they carry my new favorite designer "Eddy K"! This week, I received a text message about a few dresses they thought I would love and I will for sure be returning in September for another personalized dress experience! These are the sweetest ladies. They do not pressure you, they treat you with respect, the dresses are beautiful and they take time with you to assure you are happy with pick. I would love for them to carry more plus size dresses, but often they are limited by the designers. My mom found Olivier after I called her in tears due to another shop being so rude to me. I was so nervous going into Olivier but the staff immediately put me at ease and made the entire experience magical. I would recommend them to anyone! read more
