Dress didn't fit even after driving all the way there to get measured. what is the point of measuring if the dress shipped still didn't fit? confused on this. Asked to be sized up and it still wasn't enough... Also the dresses are made to order, but they're literally charging $325++ for dresses from China that maybe take $20 to make. I won't be back. Quality isn't great nor sizing. If you order and have boobs 36D++ definitely go up 2-3 sizes then get it taken up if needed to help you not waste more money. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. I have never met such an unprofessional rude sales person in my life. The young lady ( maybe 19) actually said " I think the person who would look the best in the dresses should try them on" So since myself/other members in the party are not a size zero we have no value and do not count.Awesome Body Shaming someone your trying to make a sale to. The young lady knew absolutely nothing about what works best for different body types made no suggestions on a dress that could work possibly for everyone. Both my sister and now myself have ordered our bridesmaids dresses from this Bella location. The store is so cute and the huge selection is superior to anywhere else in the area! Appointments are fun and easy! I brought my sisters and other bridesmaids and drank champagne while we tried on an endless amount of gorgeous dresses! The music was fun and the staff was so friendly and helpful! Jennifer, the owner, will literally bend over backwards for you! She is so friendly and will do anything to make sure your dresses are perfect for your big day! There were a few dresses I was interested in that were not at the store, and they happily contacted another Bella location to get them to send the styles for my girls and I to try! When we finally picked our dress (after three appointments) Jennifer and the girls promptly got everyone measured and the dresses ordered! The dresses came in earlier than expected and were just what I wanted! My sister and I were pretty excited to pick out bridesmaids dresses, so we went to this nearby Bella Bridesmaids in January. We already had a favorite brand, and several dresses, in mind. When we got there, Jennifer was working by herself and apologized to us because she was understaffed. Even so, we had a good experience. We decided on a dress that was, unfortunately, too small for my sister; so, Jennifer told us that she would try to order a bigger size for her to come back and try on. She also raved about a wonderful seamstress that altered her own wedding dress, and said that she would text me the information. It's been almost three months. I've called, left voicemails, and sent several emails, but I haven't heard a peep. My mother drove by there today and got the seamstress' information from someone else who was working. When she asked about the dress, she was told that they can't order a particular size or color -- "They are sent whatever". I guess that the service here is great only if they think that you are worth their time. read more

I cannot even begin to express how wonderful Bella Bridesmaid and it's owner Jennifer are!! They are truly the best bridesmaid dress shop in the world and I'm going to tell you why..... I was recently in my best friend from college Polly's wedding in Mississippi. On the morning of the wedding it was discovered that the maid of honor and another bridesmaid (who both ordered their dresses from other bridesmaids dress shops) had the complete wrong color dress!! Ahhhhh I know!! Could you imagine???!!! Which would have been ok if it were even in the general family of the right color but it was so far off they were going to stand out awkwardly. As you can imagine tears immediately followed, both so upset that they were going to ruin the brides big day and wedding photos by standing out like a sore thumb. It was upon this discovery of the wrong dresses that I immediately called my longtime friend Jennifer who owns Bella Bridesmaid in Mandeville. In my panic call to see if she could help she came though in the biggest way and sent me the dresses we needed!!!! I'm talking within an hour she had pulled the dresses... in the right color!!... and my mom had picked them up and was on her way to bring them to Mississippi to me. If that isn't completely amazing and the best customer service I don't know what is?!! I cannot think of any other bridesmaid shop that would offer their dresses up for strangers to wear that purchased their dresses from other shops and received wrong for free.... just to be nice and helpful!!! So if you are getting married or planning a wedding I can not recommend Jennifer and Bella in Mandeville enough. Not only will she make picking out bridesmaids dresses the most fun experience in the world because she is basically a walking party ..... but she will be there for you wedding day if anything happens! I had such a wonderful time picking my bridesmaids dress at Bella Bridesmaids. As a plus size woman (dress size 16/18) I visited with my bride 3 or 4 shops trying to find a sample dress that I could actually fit in. At Bella they had a wide variety of sizes in most of the sample dresses. I was able to try on and picture the dress so much better. Omg! I have nothing but GOOD a things to say about Jennifer. She is the owner of This Bella Bridemaids and was also who helped us. She I as beyond knowledgeable and so friendly. She is accommodating and relatable. She was able not only to help our party (which was 5 in the group) but also helped another party while we were there, yet no one felt neglected. None of us live on the northshore, however the drive was more than worth it. Super satisfied with the service here. I cannot put in words how amazing the ladies at Bella Bridesmaids are.... but I will try! This past Saturday I was in a wedding and I ordered my bridesmaids dress online. The dress came in the wrong color, which I did not realize until the morning of the wedding... total nightmare!! We placed a call to Bella at 10AM, and they graciously let me come into the store and helped me to color match the correct dress color with a discontinued style they had in stock. By 1PM I was in an altered dress that matched the other maids perfectly. Bella Bridesmaids totally saved the day, and I am forever grateful! I visited here a few weeks ago with two of my bridesmaids and it was not a great experience. After driving an hour to be there, we weren't immediately greeted when we walked in. The lady never asked who the bride was and just assumed it was my friend directing all of her questions to her. She did not start looking at me until my friend turned to me and said "Yes, bride what are you looking for". Considering the start the appt I was hoping for more. They gave us someone who they said was new. She was a young girl, teenager, so she has a little bit of an excuse but she knew nothing. Following the initial conversation about what I was looking for they pointed us in the direction of the dresses to pull a few. While we were struggling to get them down she was more concerned about the other group of women that was there. When she finally saw that we were struggling she helped us but at this point I was already annoyed. While trying on the dresses, she wasn't even clipping the dresses, I had to ask for the clips and then do it myself. I hate to even mention race but this shop is in a very white city. We were three black women trying to find dresses and our sales person kept worrying about the other group (white women). Not even helping them, just staring and like paying attention to everything they were doing. One dress broke while trying it on, we were told they would bring another one from the back and it never came. I was hoping they would redeem themselves with the Virtual showroom and they still haven't. They put one dress i the wrong color, another dress we never even looked at, then when they added the correct dress, they put it in the wrong color. The one thing I liked about the shop is the pricing. One dress I really liked somewhere else, was at Bella for like half of the price. I was hoping it would work out but I rather pay the more expensive price than deal with the horrible service. read more
