She wore the shoes to school ONE day and realized they were going to be too large, prompting us to contact the store for an exchange. We were only given a 50% credit wearing the shoes for one day and essentially ended up paying 150% of the price of the shoe because she realized during the first day of wearing them that they were too large. I seriously doubt that shoe is going to land on a 50% discount table. If it does, then I will stand corrected... This was just a completely disappointing experience. I want to buy local and support our local businesses, but policies and actions like this make it hard to support you. Recommendation to anyone reading this would be to make CERTAIN they fit before taking them out the door. I won't be back. Good customer service makes long-term customers. You lost us on this one...

When I finally did go to the actual store, it was a positive experience. The staff is very nice & the store is fresh & bright. I was in search of a few casual sundresses & I found them at Paisley. A sleeveless shift dress with a geometric print & a sundress with embroidered overlay were my purchases & I could not be happier with them. I also returned to buy a summery beach robe, that I will use to go over my bathing suit. Their inventory includes a lot of cute accessories, too: sandals, jewelry & my favorite-purses, which I will go back & browse through, at my next opportunity. I think that Paisley is a great local shopping choice & a refreshing change from the other many chain stores, in the area. I have already recommended Paisley to a few co workers & friends & they were as happy with their shopping experiences there, as I have been.
