It took a little time for the gorditas to come out but we expected that and they apologized on the wait again. When we ate the Corn tortilla was perfect it was crispy but thick enough so that it was soft on the inside and there wasn't to much grease and in the Gorditas plate the beans and rice pair really good with the gorditas and the green sauce was hot but good enough you keep on putting it on knowing it will burn your mouth. And this place just happens to be across from H‑E‑B. So El Rodeo won! This is the first for me... Their refried beans were so delicious and so full of flavor! The Migas Nortenes was huge, I brought home leftovers. Sunday mornings are super busy. My second visit on a Saturday evening, was perfectly not so busy which was good for me as it's one of those places that are echo loud and overwhelming when crowded. Service was great both times.
