There seemed to be a lot of dogs together in a relatively small area, which made me nervous, especially with my dog being a puppy. On one occasion, I watched my puppy on the cameras being repeatedly pinned down and mounted by another dog for an extended period of time. It was really upsetting to watch and made me question whether the play was being monitored and redirected closely enough. I also noticed that after her visits, she would come home extremely overstimulated. Over time, she began playing much more roughly with other dogs outside of daycare, which was not something we had previously experienced with her. Ultimately, I decided the environment just wasn't the right fit for my puppy. I would have rather lost the remaining services I had already paid for than continue bringing her somewhere that I no longer felt comfortable leaving her.

I noticed something in one of the latest one-star reviews -- someone named Paul described exactly what I've experienced myself: Feathered Follies refuses to take ownership of the unethical things they do. Sorry, Paul, that you went through this. Hopefully this helps others see what they're really about. And don't let the owner's daughter talk you out of it -- I've experienced her dishonesty firsthand, and it's still going on. One more thing worth reading: the other top one star review. As it echoes their biggest problem of that barely their store. They don't tell you everything. If it's something that can cost them a sale. You need to know this. Here is one of my personal story's. After my purchase I found out from their own groomer. That they (the store ) knew about my caique's seizures. As he had them consistently when have his beak and nails done. They even had his medical history from what I was told from the vet. They at the least new about the seizures with there own groomer. I had to discover it myself. Becoming a detective as I saw what they where doing . They charged me over sixteen hundred dollars for a bird with chronic seizures. They did this knowing I loved him and had a decade-plus history with him. In my opinion, they took advantage of that bond. When I came back to talk about the dishonest sale, the owner's daughter offered a full refund -- if I gave them the bird back. No. I wouldn't do that. I asked for a partial refund instead, since they'd been dishonest from the start. They refused, of course -- they knew I'd never give him up, and they counted on it. Our story is deep and real; they didn't care. They just wanted my sixteen hundred dollars. Please, before you buy from them or even walk into the store, read the one star reviews. It's to everyone's benefit to know what you're walking in to. You want to know how dumb being unethical like this is. This store has terrible hours. Insanely overpriced products. As well as some of the most awkward people you'll ever talk to. This is coming from somebody who's front row in the awkward line. I am loyal to a fault though. If the store that had my boy! Gave me a wonderful memory instead of a nightmare life moment. I would've gone back to them maybe every week. Maybe purchased another bird from them. Absolutely would've bought their overpriced food and toys!! As that's what I was doing up to that point. Also, when they decided to respond back, there were so many lies and bends of the truth let's call it. They chose to be the bad guy don't let business like this win because at the end of the day when it comes to my story, they lost and I have my boy.

Rang the bell on the front entrance and knocked multiple times on the doors for one hour straight. The places looked empty, lights turned off, no car parked in the parking lot. All I heard were the dogs barking. Called multiple times that went straight to voicemail, sent lots of emails, and DM instagram. No reply whatsoever. The fact that they don't have anyone present in the facility 24/7 in case of an emergency or even an emergency line to contact someone is unsafe and dangerous. I do not feel comfortable nor deem it safe leaving my pet there again.
