I was at a memorial service several hours away when they called and said she was really winded (it happens), so I approved taking her out of play and put her in a kennel with plenty of water. Within the hour after speaking with them, they said she was having trouble breathing. I approved a visit to the emergency vet. The Vet called me when she arrived and asked if they could perform CPR. I said of course! Later I got a call from the emergency vet that she had passed and when she arrived to their location, she was not breathing. WTF Camp Bow Wow? I got no follow-up call from them, no apology, no communication what so ever. WTF happened??????

We were also pleased to learn that they also provide grooming and boarding services! We certainly heard the peeps and chirps of very happy birds in the back room. I was confirmed on assessment day that I can pick up my dog around 8pm and there would be someone present after hours. I went to pick up my dog at 8pm. Rang the bell on the front entrance and knocked multiple times on the doors for one hour straight. The places looked empty, lights turned off, no car parked in the parking lot. All I heard were the dogs barking. Called multiple times that went straight to voicemail, sent lots of emails, and DM instagram. No reply whatsoever. The fact that they don't have anyone present in the facility 24/7 in case of an emergency or even an emergency line to contact someone is unsafe and dangerous. I do not feel comfortable nor deem it safe leaving my pet there again.
