Initially she visited with and walked our two Shelties and cared for our messy kitty. And now, she's the highlight of the day for our Samoyed, Birdie. Bev has done house checks while we were away, cared for our dogs and cat, taken our dogs out on regular walks and now takes Birdie out most days of the week on outings. Bev and her team have ALWAYS been dependable, friendly, professional, and just really care for the animals. Soho came home happy and tired both days - just what we wanted. It's clear that Matt has a passion for dogs and Bizzy's Buddies. I would not hesitate to recommend and look forward to using again in the near future. Thanks Matt for your excellent service!

Reasons given for these wounds included 'he was climbing in and out of a paddling pool' and 'maybe it was because he was laying down on concrete'. They claimed to be unaware of the cut under his eye or the cut behind his ear. In fairness, I had previously boarded my dog here without incident, and always found Lauren, in particular to be very attentive. However, the response from the owner, Candice Harper when I collected my Dog was contemptible. They had also not sought to get my dog seen by a vet and just suggested he would 'be fine'. I don't ordinarily review anything, but people should be aware of the potential risks of boarding here. Negligent at best. Completely devoid of any duty of care based on this experience.

I wanted to take a moment to applaud the service I received from Apron Strings Pet Sitting…read more My family and I were traveling overseas recently and had a neighbor locked in to stay at our home and care for our two pets: a Pomsky and a Maine Coon. Not too difficult, just hairy and needy. Well, needless to say, that fell through last minute and I was in a bind for sure. I don't like to board them and I want them in our home. I found Apron Strings via Yelp! and saw the great reviews. I thought I'd take a chance... I talked with Howard that evening and got an understanding of what they offered, talked a little to get a read on his love for pets and general personality and was sold. He scheduled a meeting with one of his people to see my home, to walk through and meet my pets. That was great, and reassuring. I scheduled three walks/visits per day for my dog and cat. I was given a daily journal of activities, feeding, demeanor and all around vibe of my babies. That was refreshing. Upon arrival back in the states, Kim reached out to me to make sure everything went well and make sure I didn't have any issue. That was very professional as well. I will use this service in the future for my travels when I cannot find an individual to stay in my home with my pets, as they were professional and courteous. Thank you!

Auntie's Dawg House is the place to go when you want peace of mind that your pup is in the best…read morehands possible. Sarah and Patrick work together to take care of the pups and ensure that they have the best time. We love our pup, Biscuit, and felt nervous about having someone watch her that we weren't familiar with. Sarah came as a recommendation from a friend and we couldn't have been more grateful for the connection. It's been a few years already, but Biscuit had her first meet and greet with Sarah before we started daycare and boarding. Sarah spoke with us and answered any questions we had and also gave Biscuit time to warm up to her home. We then started doing daycare days to acclimate Biscuit before doing overnight boarding. Sarah and Patrick never leave the dogs unsupervised which means that an adult is always watching them so you never have to worry about your pup being alone (especially the pups that have separation anxiety). Biscuit has an amazing time romping around with the other pups, which is a huge plus for us since it gives her time to play and socialize since she doesn't have any dog siblings herself. She also is a professional snuggle bug and Sarah and Patrick lean into all those cuddles granting her all the love. It's safe to say Biscuit is one spoiled pup when she's over there. Sarah is also great at sending updates and photos when you do overnight boarding, and she's always very communicative if you have any questions or concerns. She treats all dogs as if they're her own and she will follow through on any instructions you give her. Specific feeding time? No problem. Medication? She's got you. No sleeping in the bed so it's consistent with your house rules? She will respect and follow through. Sarah and Patrick want to make sure you as the pawrents feel safe and worry free so they are so kind and thoughtful in their care. Patrick is also a dog groomer and he's fantastic. You can have them watch your dog and get a groom while they are there! Patrick is great about hearing what you're wanting from the groom and does an amazing job. Biscuit came out squeaky clean and so fresh with her light trim. We trust Sarah and Patrick so much and always feel at peace when Biscuit is there. We couldn't send Biscuit anywhere else!
