What a delightful start to our Chattanooga food adventure!…read more Bleu Fox Cheese Shop is charming, welcoming, and filled with delicious surprises. One of my favorite parts of the visit was meeting the owner and learning that the shop is named after her two children. Those personal stories always make a place feel extra special. We received a beautiful picnic cheese box featuring local cheeses, mini pickles, and a spicy nut mix that kept us snacking happily throughout the day. The standout, however, was the fresh cannoli made to order. I loved being able to choose my own topping, and the shell was perfectly crisp while the filling was rich and creamy. The shop is also packed with local artwork, gifts, and specialty foods, making it easy to find a treat for yourself or someone back home. If you love cheese, sweets, and supporting local businesses, this spot is a must-visit.

First, they are super friendly when you come in and are exceptionally helpful the entire time you're in the store. Obviously the name says it all, but there is more to it than just olive oils. And, with COVID concerns they are over the top cautious about how samples are handed out. This little shop is adorable and the staff here has always been extremely sweet and welcoming (as any small town business generally is). There were three young ladies working when we popped in and you could just tell they genuinely loved working there and with each other. The best vibes!! I even said to my husband on our way out, "maybe there's something to be said for small town living like this.. maybe this is what our daughter needs as her childhood and first job." If you're looking for the most delicious bread dip that's citrusy but also a little sweet - you must get the Milanese Gremolata olive oil and pair it with the Lavender balsamic vinegar. I also decided to grab a Pomegranate balsamic vinegar as well because my eye caught it immediately and I think it could be another delicious pairing with the Milanese which leaves that citrusy-lemony flavor on your taste buds. So excited to try it out with some warm French bread!!

With a large group & a small waiting area that was a bit tough but they took great care of us while we waited. I got a whiskey sour that was delicious. Once the table was ready the flipped it super quick to get us seated & started caring for us right away. The food was delicious! I got a Cuban which is a favorite of mine. Absolutely loved it & it was still great as a left over the next day. Several people at the table got the burger. They mentioned they would've liked more topping but that it was still delicious. Someone got fish & someone else got a steak they raved about how great it was. The fries were top notch. I'd go back just for the fries. The restaurant was loud so it was hard to talk in a large group. It was very clean & maximized the small space they have. When it's not the middle of summer it would be nice to sit outside on their patio. It seemed like if you were willing to sit there you got sat & served immediately. They kept the restaurant cool for the door being opened a lot. All of the staff were very helpful & helpful. We found this place because two friends who used to live here recommended it. When we're in town again we'll definitely be going back. Highly recommend!
