The grounds are beautiful, you can pick muscadines ($15) and they sell everything from watermelon salsa with free samples, to Cherry Cola wine (black cherries and sweet red for $18.95). I'm partial to sweet so I was in heaven! There weren't many patrons on Labor Day eve. It's a nice spot to be romantic, gather with friends or celebrate solo. They have a nice selection of Blush, White, Red, White and Fruit wines. My favorite was the Southern Sangria which features muscadines, blueberries & blackberries ($16.95). Treat yourself to Pina Colada and yummy Strawberry slushies and flights. 8 oz. is $7.95. $12.95 for 16 oz. to-go. A little pricey but delish. Sip while strolling the picturesque grounds. Or be fancy and have a glass of wine ($10). There's a wine club, specialty wines and food if you're hungry. Hummus plate $15, cheese plate $17, charcuterie $18 etc. Shoutout to Stephanie! They do offer a tour and tasting and tell you to plan around 1-1/2 hours totally. They start on the hour and we arrived to late to join a tour and due to time constraints could not wait until the next one. Luckily we were still able to do the tasting for $18 per person ( same price as the tour and tasting!) and absolutely worth it!! We had Keely as our guide through the tasting and she was amazing! There was another bartender as well, Kalani ( spelling?) and the two of them worked amazingly together making sure everyone sitting at the bar was taken care of. The tasting included 6 and they allow you additional as well so you can try others you didn't get or just get another of the ones you enjoyed. All were really good with that smooth whiskey burn that warms from the inside out well being full of flavors! We had a hard time picking out which bottle to buy since we enjoyed them all but finally settled on one and headed to our event. Absolutely put this on the list if you are in Chattanooga!! The situation felt mismanaged and could have been resolved with clearer communication and better verification before refusing service. Unfortunately, it impacted the overall guest experience enough that we chose to leave. Hoping this constructive feedback helps improve consistency and service moving forward.
