Great winery as this is the only one near and around Cleveland. They sell many different wines here. The wine I bought from here didn't last long at my house to tell you how good it was. Service was fast and they took care of me here by asking questions. However, she kept waiting on people as was sampling only a few wines. If they are that busy on Ssturday, then, they need two people working. One to check people out, and the other to give samples. I'm just saying. It is kind of on top of a small hill too. But, once you get up here in your car, it is flat. Definite recommend for tourists or newcomers to the area. Just ask the worker questions to get something you like if he doesn't. They have a bunch of different kinds but today I got Niagara.

Nice people but horrible wine. Good prices but I guess there's a reason it's cheap. I'm definitely not a wine snob but I do love a good wine, doesn't have to be expensive. I'm a Floridian so maybe Tennessee just doesn't have good wine, I don't know, this was the only winery we went to on vacation. We paid for the wine tasting and I tried them all. They all tasted like vinegar to me. All of them. I bought a bottle to be nice because I felt obligated but I never drank it.

The woman helping us behind the counter was also a complete sweetheart and made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately... then I drank the wine. I don't know what a muscadine grape is, but I feel strongly that someone should have stopped this experiment years ago. Whoever first looked at a muscadine grape and thought, "Let's make wine out of that," owes the rest of us an apology. If you've ever wondered what it would taste like to drop a penny into a steel vat full of vinegar and then bottle the result... congratulations, you've already experienced muscadine wine. Maybe it's an acquired taste. Maybe I'm not sophisticated enough to appreciate it. Maybe Stockholm Syndrome eventually kicks in after your third glass. All I know is I've had wine in Napa, wine in Europe, wine from grocery stores, and wine poured from boxes... and I would choose every single one of them before another glass of muscadine. The property is beautiful. The people are lovely. The wine and I have irreconcilable differences.

On the weekends, they have live music. When we visited artist Russ Stills was there. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. He even came around the audience meeting and greeting with each table and taking requests. This is a fantastic spot to grab a drink and listen to good music and take in the beauty of the vineyard. 10 out of 10 for sure!
