This has become my new favorite place! Service is great, and the food is always amazing!! Comfort food at its best. When I'm craving a delicious meal that I KNOW will be amazing this is my go-to. Large portions so you'll always leave with leftovers, my favorite :)

It was disgusting! I will never go there again And they're rude . Sad because it used to be a very nice restaurant not anymore.

Super disappointed that they are charging $30+ for the lamb shank when it's now apparently a third of the size it used to be. Unfortunate, since this has always been one of my favorite local restaurants.

From the moment you walk in, the ambiance feels upscale and inviting--dim lighting, clean decor, and smooth jazz playing softly in the background set the perfect mood. I especially loved the window seating--it added a cozy yet refined touch to the overall experience. I ordered the chicken and beef kabob rice plate, and it was absolutely delicious--perfectly seasoned, juicy, and full of flavor. The barley soup was a comforting starter; I added a touch of salt to suit my taste, and it warmed me right up. The fresh, warm pita bread was the perfect accompaniment--soft, pillowy, and satisfying. The service was excellent--attentive, kind, and thoughtful. From start to finish, it was a wonderful dining experience that I'll definitely return for.

I think the inside of the restaurant could be more cozy but I normally get food to go. It's been very good lately. Lots of food, so tasty! The ladies are always nice.

Food is so delicious don't eat your finger. And also it's so quiet place. I take all my friends and they're like it.

Chicken thighs and don't forget the hummus was so much food and the price was great

Looking for middle eastern fare in the Glendale area of La Crescenta? This spot on Foothill Blvd is a great little place to fill your tummy. Portions are monstrous and at a great price. Certainly enough food to have two meals. Typically a quiet place and could be considered romantic if you can get a table by the front window. Service is good and attentive. Many to go orders come through here, so it may be a good place to order food on your way home from work. The food was tasty and well prepared, and enjoyable dining experience.

Ask the Community - Olive Branch

Do they also have a restaurant in Upland? I love this place but hope there's one closer to my place.

No they don't.

Food is good but music sucks?

I was always charmed by the musician they had playing, but ... that' may be just me.

We got the beef and chicken plate and Greek salad. This was enough for 3 of us to share! The beef and chicken were tender and marinated well. All the sides in the combo were good too - especially the hummus! The greek salad was a nice complement, and again really large portion. I really enjoyed the meal and would recommend if you're looking for Armenian food!

I finally tried Mini Kabob and it was all that and more…read more I ordered the chicken and beef plate with rice and hummus (yes to the hummus), and the chicken was incredibly well-seasoned and juicy -- so good. Only note for next time: I'll ask for it a little more well-done (just personal preference... I like my chicken with a little extra bite ). The eggplant caviar was solid and a generous portion, but the real standout? The Caesar wrap. It completely lived up to the hype -- bold, flavorful, and honestly addictive. I almost ordered a second one to take home. Also worth mentioning: the son of the owner who took my order was super friendly and had great customer service, even with a long line. He kept things moving while still being engaging, which I appreciated. I was excited to hear they're opening a Studio City location -- I'll definitely be back. This place is a must. Wow. That's all. This place is legit. The filet shish kabob…read morewas so tender and perfectly spiced. I could have eaten that all day. The chicken was juicy and mouthwatering deliciousness. The lamb was gamey, packed with flavor. We enjoyed every bite and can't wait to try this place out again. We ordered takeout, food was ready on time, service was great. Parking is a bit challenging since it's only street parking, but that's Montrose :P

The Seasoning Alley Mediterranean restaurant in Montrose…read more showed promise but landed somewhere in the middle. Here are some impressions from our visit earlier today. The restaurant is a casual, clean spot and has a welcoming environment. Service was attentive and friendly. Our salad was fresh and delicious and the meal portions were large and plentiful. Good hearty sized plates but low on taste and quality. Unfortunately, the pita was one of many low points. The pita arrived cold and slightly stiff, not warm and soft as we'd hoped. It lacked the toasty, chewy texture that makes pita so comforting and effective for scooping up dips and bites. Another low point was that our rice was barely warm, almost cold. Not good. The worst part of our meal had to be the hummus. It was almost frozen and tasted as if it was just scooped out of the freezer. Terribly disappointing. Our Chicken Kabob had a tender interior with a nicely charred exterior. The spices and marinade showed potential, but the overall flavor profile didn't quite soar beyond the ordinary. Wouldn't call it standout, yet it wasn't bad. It was just barely okay. The falafel tasted fresh, but the exterior could have used a bit more crispness. Interior was moist enough, with chickpea flavor present, though it didn't leave a lasting impression. Our overall impressions were that our meals were just barely okay for a casual dinner, but it didn't move into the "great" category. We were disappointed. We expected better quality. For improvement, heating the pita and rice to perfection and dialing in the falafel crust would elevate the overall experience. A touch more depth in the chicken kabob seasoning or a signature sauce could help distinguish the dishes. If you're in the mood for a low-key Mediterranean option with reliable service, this spot is worth a try. It's a safe bet for an okay meal, with good service and good size portions for a casual night out with friends or family. Considering their prices, for repeat visits, I'd hope to see more consistency across staples like the rice, pita and falafel, and a bolder finish on the kebabs to push the overall rating from "good but not great" to "really good." Pita and rice arrived cold. The Falafel could have been crisper. Chicken kabob flavor could be more distinct. The Hummus was horrible. Next time, I'll pass on this place. Cheers!
