My steak was cooked a little past medium, closer to medium well, but it had no ill effect whatsoever, it was tender enough I believe I could have cut it with my fork, the mashed potatoes were silky and so flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and topped with melted butter. The green beans were cooked perfectly, fresh, but also tender, exactly how I like them. 10/10 Will visit again when I'm in Corsicana. This would be an amazing place for a special date night, or to impress clients you might be doing business with, I'd even recommend this Bistro for a rehearsal dinner, or special anniversary.
