Wow, I just realized I want to have Natan and his crew come out to do maintenance on my deck, and noticed I had forgotten to review them when they were out previously. Natan is an honest, totally professional person who truly cares about the customer's satisfaction, and the quality of the work performed. I want to ensure I stay on top of my deck maintenance so it always looks its best. When my deck was built I opted for an exotic wood so selected Mangaris, and I find it beautiful, and want it to stay that way, Natan and his crew did an exemplary job so I shall contact them again. I am also considering having a fence built for the front yard and if I go that route I shall definitely discuss with Natan and see if he can help with that project. Natan and his crew did an amazing job building a deck with a cedar hot tub and adding an outdoor shower. It looks amazing. He was super on top of the project and timelines and easy to work with. I had a couple minor changes throughout the project and he and his team were really accommodating with that. He had some great suggestions as well for how to build (the drawings never translate 100% to what it will look like). He build a cinder block wall and a couple covers for the motors, etc. as well. When I bought my house back in 2010 the "redwood" dog-ear fence was in terrible condition but with all the other expenses, I couldn't afford to replace it right away. A few years later I decided to hire someone to do it. I looked around and found three wood fence specialists whose work looked pretty good. One of them ask for $500 to give me an estimate but the good news was that he would waive that amount if I gave him the job. The second said he was too busy to come over. I didn't expect to hear back since most contractors don't write back or at least they don't write back promptly. I was pleasantly surprised to get an email back the following business day. We had them re-stain our existing wood deck and I have to say I was reluctant at first especially since their worker did not wipe off the excess oil as much as he was supposed to, but Dan is standing by his work.
