However he went ahead and took off the surface-level dirt on my seats for free even though I didn't purchase that specific package. He also threw in a quick exterior wash as well. Looked on Yelp and this was the nearest car wash, 7 miles away. I was apprehensive because of the reviews. I was glad the car wash had a change maker and I got $5 in quarters. I was hopeful I could do the entire truck in just $2.50 (3:40 minutes), but no such luck. It cost me the full $5. The water on the highest setting is not that strong. The pressure was not enough to get bugs off the front. It did get the dust and sand off. For the 2nd $2.50, I got fewer minutes! That made no sense. Let's say the Jeep looks better than it did. Oh, well.

The face mask is not a part of the american with disability act at all. I am a wheelchair bound customer over 400 pounds. ( And I breath a lot more than most persons but wear a mask) and I have Always be helped by all the staff at this location and this means at any time of day or nite. Even when the law on California states they don't have to help me when there is only 1person working. I have done work with the disabled with not only the courts. but many agency's and I will say this much. The flyers staff have the right to do exactly as they did. Your putting them in harm's way that could affect there whole family. If Erica or anyone will not wear a mask ( in the correct matter then stay out of all business locations ) you not only a risk to other person's but to public safety. Loyal customer. Avoid Quick Quack Car Wash…read more Their machine ripped the side mirror off my car during a normal wash. The attendant had to shut the system down and hand me the broken piece. I filed an incident report immediately. Days later, corporate denied any responsibility because my car is "over 7 years old." That's their excuse for damage caused by their own equipment. This wasn't wear and tear. Their machine broke my car, and they refused to take responsibility. If something goes wrong, don't expect them to stand behind it. You're on your own. I would not trust this place with your vehicle.
