    Do not recommend Ultimate Motors. Staff is rude and will stand and lie to you in person and on the phone. The are a AAA recommended repair facility that gets an F grade. I was told over the phone my vehicle was just moved in to bay on Monday and on weds they told me they should have a answer by the end of day. I drive by and found my vehicle out back where the tow truck left it over a week ago. When I went in Mike and Tyler made every excuse in the book and lied to my face and was told if I didn't like it to take it somewhere else. Then Owner Adam Spitz brought my keys out and I was told to take my vehicle elsewhere. Horrible service for a small town repair shop. WARNING. DO NOT USE ULTIMATE MOTORS YUCCA VALLEY.

    Took my Volvo XC90 T6 to trouble no turbo boost .... they diagnosed the Issue correctly , repaired a laundry list of other issues ... very happy with their service .... I would highly recommend them !!! ... won't hesitate to come here if I need more service down thx road Great attention to the details Great job Mike

    This was on the front seat of the car parked right at the front door. If they could not read the envelop my cell number is there.

    I take no joy in writing a negative comment, but the condescending way I was treated and the 'stories' I was told about the status and quality of the repairs made me do it. I am still in shock that I was treated this way. What makes me even more angry is that a when presented with the facts that the response was, 'well, we are never going to make you happy, so you should just leave'. And now the story .... I called and asked for my car to have its oil change and for a safety check. The woman who took my call was rather short with me and obviously wanted me off the phone. I was told that there was an opening at 8:00 on Thursday morning. I mentioned that I would need to drop it off the night before - 'fine', I was told,'there is a drop box'. I dropped the car off (parked right in front of the front door), and then noticed there was an envelop for the key. I filled it out, and deposited the key in the door slot. I did not realize that there was an envelop so I typed the note below so they could see it in the morning - my name, cell, and the issues with the car. And then I waited today for a call. I finally called at 2PM asking what the status of the car was and when I could come and pick it up. I was told that it was #6 in line and that they would get to it when they could. I asked why was I told to have it there at 8AM if this was the case. I could have dropped it off later. I was then told that they have not had a chance to see what is wrong with the car to fix it. I then said that it was in for an oil change and a safety and a couple of other things - it runs just fine. I said that if it was not started by 4PM that I would come and pick it up and we could try another day. I decided to head over around 3:30 (I got a ride since it is about 10 miles from house) and sit and wait with my Kindle and read until it was done. I sat down in the waiting room and started to read since nobody was in the office. When someone came in (name withheld) I identified myself as the guy with the silver Rabbit. I was told that the car was just being washed and that it was ready to go. I was happy! I asked about the repairs and the estimates. I was then told that they had no idea to whom the car belonged since they could not read the writing on the envelop. OK, my writing is not the best, but they did manage to get my name, cell, and address somewhere (from the envelop) since it is on the receipt I was given. I was told that I did not ask for an air-conditioning diagnostic, but yet, one turned up surprisingly in the end. I was then told I was lucky that I was not charged since they cost $120. I asked if the light was fixed since there is an indicator on the dashboard saying one is out. 'Yes, all the lights on the car work since the technician verified them'. I was told that I perhaps had mixed-up the daytime running light with a fault indicator (see below). Wouldn't you think this was part of a safety check? Asked if the windshield wiper fluid motor was checked, I was told they did not know about it (on sheet below). I was then told that the wiper blades were too worn so the technician did not want to use the wipers since it would scratch my windshield. Really? In summary, the front office team was very unprofessional and rude. Everything seemed to be my fault from not identifying the light being out when I made the appointment to my hand writing. When presented with the photo of the fault light, I was told that it was the technician who screwed up. So, although I would love to say to go to this shop, I cannot. For the quality of the work and the misinformation I was given, I think that I am going to have the car undergo a safety at another establishment - one that I can have a higher level of trust.

Not only was the sensor perfectly fine, but the issue was just a small component that needed to be replaced. And here's the part that truly blew me away -- he fixed it at NO CHARGE. No upselling. No scare tactics. No inflated invoice. Just honesty and integrity. In a world where it's so easy to take advantage of people who don't know cars inside and out, Jose chose to do the right thing. That speaks volumes about his character and this business. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else. I am officially a customer for life.     Offering a BIG THANK YOU to Beth, the Service Center's Manager, and the two competent Technicians…read morewho serviced my truck. She made a expert suggestion and offered me a GREAT DEAL to put me into 4 much needed all-terrain tires for my truck, when I needed to move in a hurry. I trashed one of my tires off-road near Copper Mountain and the others were basically bald... and I needed to get to NorCal. She put me into a very nice set of tire at a really good price with a minor suggestion to up sale me (but in a really great way that was better for me). She suggested tires that met my off-road needs but would have a better highway ride. So I took good advice and the great deal! I got the tires in November '25 and have put 600 miles on them. Here tire advice was right on target. Also, they put my truck on the alignment rack to check it, and verified that I did not need an alignment. They did not try to sell me something I did not need. ALSO- you just know I checked the (ALL) lug torque when I got home. Everything was in specification = Good Job! Very satisfied. Will be my first stop when I need treads on the other vehicle.
