The people there were friendly. I was able to get appointment quickly for replacing a cracked windshield. This was done in less than an hour. The workmanship seems great so far. Everything was done efficiently. read more

Wow, what a great experience! I have used Bob's many times for my RV windows, salon windows, and several of my personal vehicles. They are always quick, efficient, and personable. The quality of their work and customer service is consistently excellent. I would never go anywhere else! read more

Bob does a great job, but he has very poor social skills. Also, don't expect a return call if you get their voicemail. I left a couple of messages over several weeks and no reply whatsoever. Lastly, notice their snarky responses to negative reviews. Nothing professional along the lines of, "Thanks, let us correct the problem for you." Instead, it's defensive pushback about blaming the customer. read more

One of the most professional and friendly family business's in yucca valley. I've had Bob's auto glass tint over 6 cars and trucks in the past couple years, and every time the tint is perfect. prices are great for the quality you receive. Worth every penny. read more

Came in the day before 4th of July, to get my front windshield replaced and tinted. Was fast, decent price, and windshield looks great.

Fast service, clean shop. I did what they said they would do. This is my go to place now for auto glass.

Amazing, friendly service. Fast and efficient window replacement. Reasonable pricing.

What a life saver. Excellent service, great/reasonable pricing and a very friendly team. I'm so grateful. When my driver's side window was accidentally shattered during some yardwork I didn't know what to do. So many other locations did not have convinient dates or quoted outrageous rates. Make Bob's your only call. read more

Bob's Autoglass -N- Tint - 2021 GMC Canyon Windshield Replacement - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Yucca Valley, California

It took a week or so but they got me in due to another cancellation. I'm very happy about the tint job they did on my new ride. I still have a small amount of waviness when I look out the back window after four weeks but, like, that's such a nit picky thing. Honestly, I was pleased with the price, the job they did and the fact that they did the tint in the exact time frame they quoted me. read more

So my newly purchased Scion was leaking. Had no idea from where the leak was coming from- called in from a referral ( Don from SoCal auto body) Was able to get an appointment for the following week. Bob correctly identified the source of the leak. My windshield. It rained today and no more wet headliner . Thought my sunroof was the cause . Maureen, Alexis, Bob and the gentleman who installed the windshield are awesome. There's a waiting area . They're knowledgeable, patient, and friendly- most of all affordable for me . As soon as I can , I'll be back to get much needed tints. Thanks guys! read more

Extremely Unprofessional and Damaged Property. Recently I had my windshield tinted; however, it needed to be redone twice. The first time was due to a misunderstanding and miscommunication with the shade desired. When the tint was removed, so much glue was left on the bottom half of my windshield that it made everything blurry and the light refract so bad that it was almost impossible to see at night. When I brought it back to be redone the second time I was met with a rude and defensive attitude. As a result I now have several deep scratches in my brand new windshield, that without the tint would refract the light right into my eyes. Additionally, not all of the glue was removed in some areas, which is annoying, but tolerable only because my only other option is no tint at all until I can take my business elsewhere. This is the second time I have done business with this company for tinting. The first time didn't go well either; however, I gave them a second chance because of how helpful the owner was when I had issues with a bad windshield replacement that was done out of state. The owner helped out with the company that did the replacement and guided me in the right direction to get it fixed. The issue I had the first time was that after 4 months, I had to have the windows redone as they started bubbling. The owner insisted it was dirt in between the tint and the window; however, I had traveled to another state that was much colder and that's when the bubbles appeared. They redid the tint, but scratched one of my windows, but said it was a fold in the tint and left glue on my back window. Within a couple weeks a couple of my windows were still bubbled, so I took it back and asked about the window that looked scratched. The owner then ripped the tint off to see if it was on the window (which it was) then proceeded to state scratches happen and ask what I wanted him to do about it. Needless to say the windows were redone again, with no real issues aside from the tint being cut short on one window. Overall I do not recommend this company. read more

I have been going there for years and their service is always thoughtful, effective, competent, reasonable. They are helpful and knowledgeable and the equal of any of the more costly vendors. I will not go elsewhere for my auto glass needs. read more

Decent pricing, friendly customer service, and they held to the price and the timeframe they quoted. Sounds like what you'd expect right?... But in yucca valley most businesses excel in poor customer service. There was a bit of a wait for an appointment but when they're the only place in town what are you going to do... Good work, good warrantee, on time, & friendly. I'll take more of my business there in the future. read more

while travelling in JT, I managed to knock my rear view mirror off the front windshield. its hanging off, I'm in an unknown service area. All computer junk hanging... I get a refer to bobs! he put in on, after lunch break, no charge, with a huge struggle, cheerfully. highly recommend! thanks Bob read more

Bob's is fine if all you need is basic window tinting & we've used them successfully several times. However, if you have a higher end vehicle with technical electronics in your windshield, be aware you're much better off going elsewhere & will likely be sent there by Bob's once they're done doin the basic work of which they're capable. Bottom line, if your vehicle has Collision Avoidance, Lane Guidance, Windshield Cameras, etc., you need to have someone trained & qualified with those systems as Bob's can't Calibrate them after replacing your windshield and, like my situation, may even damage your working systems you take them, leaving you with a new windshield & dozens of WARNING! and ALERT! messages that only a Dealer can repair at substantial cost to you personally as your insurance company will NOT pay for it. My wife is on the phone as I type trying to wade through the mess that could easily been avoided had we taken her 2016 Accord Touring to Honda for a new windshield. REPLY: Yes, that's what my review points out. The aftermarket windshield without the high tech stuff worked fine, but if you want all the high end stuff that we missed having, you need the OEM windshield & we wished we had gone elsewhere for that. Had we been told up front you couldn't do the complete repair, we would have gone to Honda & saved ourselves time & money. Had you been up front with us, we wouldn't be on that list of people "you can't please". read more

Thanks for the quick turnaround replacing my back windshield! I appreciate the excellent service and clean comfortable waiting areas.

Great Service & Price. I will definitely use Bob's Autoglass again. Prevously, I used another company that advertises all the time. That "other company" wasted two days, didn't fix the problem, making me have to deal unnecessarily with insurance. Bob's Autoglass was more than half the price, better service, and more convenient. read more

Didnt have a great experience like others unfortunately. Had the back window in my truck replaced and was told one price making the appointment and when truck was done it was more. The best in the desert for sure. Quality work and reasonable prices, we send all of our friends and family here!

This is a great place of business! Facility is very well kept and clean. I had my windshield replaced here at an extremely reasonable price. I felt much more confident coming to a shop that has a garage than having a van business drive to my location to replace my windshield outdoors. The installation was quick and efficient. Driving for a month now and everything is perfect. Will be back to get a tint job done. read more
