Absolutely amazing experience at Olio. The food and service were outstanding. The leftovers we took home were just as good as the first time at the restaurant. Olio came highly recommended by my girlfriend's colleagues at work and we went and thoroughly enjoyed our evening together as we chowed down on some delicious food. It was kind of expensive, but the service was marvelous and so was the food. We had antipasto and I had a gluten free meal.

Wow !!! The service was top-notch so friendly. It was like being with friends. The food was exceptional and the portions are huge and the price is way more than fair if not under price. We live in Claremont and it was definitely worth the trip. If you live in Dade city you're lucky to have such an amazing restaurant!!! We just had an amazing dining experience, we shared a dinner for 4 which included chichen parm, cheesy tortellini, a beautiful salad and warm bread. All exceeded my expectations. Stopped in for a quick lunch to catch up with a friend and Emma was our server. She was delightful along with being very friendly and full of smiles. Olio, Dade City, Florida is a trip to Italy without leaving Florida. The dishes are well prepared, fresh, hot and delicious every time. The food and ambience takes me back to Rome and Naples combined with excellent, personable and friendly service by Federico and Samuel. I have tried many of the dishes with absolute enjoyment and satisfaction. If you enjoy old world courtesy and flavor rich dining Olio is the place for you. Dinner specials are just that, special because some dishes require the availability of certain ingredients which makes each chef's choice a unique experience. We come here all the time for lunch/dinner. The apps are great! Shout out to the mussels and peppers!! The food is always good and the crowd makes it a great dinning experience. But I must say, our experience's would not have been as great if it wasn't for such the amazing staff they have. Emma especially since we always request her when we dine in. Emma is by far an all star server and will make you feel right at home so you keep coming back. This is a great restaurant and it's a must try!! Thanks again Emma for being so awesome!! read more

The food was excellent. It was our first time here and the atmosphere was so nice. The service was also really great. We came an hour before closing and everything was just excellent. 3rd visit to Olio's last night, the first two were at lunch time. It was pretty packed when I arrived about 6:15 but I was able to get a seat at the bar. I ordered the pork hollandaise, and I was worried about getting enough to eat but the portion was HUGE. And DELICIOUS. I am very fond of this place. I just need to eat here more often! read more

Loved the food at Olio. The oil/herb dip for the bread is out of this world. Best I have ever had, I could just eat that and be happy. I thought it would be fabulous on a salad also. Lasagna was the best I have had, as well. They have different happy hour specials at different times. The day we went they had a later happy hour for example. I think it was bogo sangria or something like that. I will say the service wasn't great, not horrible, but not great. I honestly was pretty annoyed with our server. She was younger and just not into her job at all which was clear and I had to ask over and over for the same things such a straw or bread etc. But then we ended up meeting the managers/owners/not sure which and they were the sweetest couple and I loved them. They totally turned around the vibe (we didn't complain or anything they just happened to come over). They made the visit and loved chatting with them, but also the food is fabulous and worth a visit either way! read more

Place is amazing everything is homemade the garlic bread is so light and fluffy, the noodles melt in your mouth. The service is incredible. I had the Tomato shrimp scampi- shrimp was so big and tender, hubby had the lasagna and it melted in your mouth. Our new staple! read more

This is our first trip to Olio, I must say I was very impressed with the decor and the set up when we walked in, this is a good addition to downtown Dade city. Our sever Federico was very friendly and willing to please. We arrived later in the evening around 9:10 PM which is great for us we dine late anyway and avoid the crowds. We started off with wine and they brought out the most delicious fresh bread with a dipping oil, then we shared the sausage soup which was delicious. after that we shared the Caprese, good but the tomato's could have been a little riper, but still good, My wife ordered the Pollo Parmesan, and I had the Creamy tortellini Both excellent, very fresh, my wife could not finish. The Chef brought out our dinners, you can tell the food is made with a lot of love. The only down point is the wine selection is pretty limited and my only suggestion would be to charge a corkage fee and allow people to bring their own wine. read more
