It's Sacchetti, Not Spaghetti. It's Some Of The Best Pasta I've Ever Had. It's Soft Like Gnocchi But It Has A Nice Crisp As Well. And It Also Has A Very Creamy Creamy Sauce. I've been here many times at night for some drinks when I worked at a restaurant around the corner. Always had a good time and the servers were so nice. I decided to take my friends in town out to dinner there for the first time and it was extremely disappointed. It took about a hour for our food to come out. Based on the pace of other tables and their food coming out around us, it became clear that our server Gavin forgot to put our order in. He also never checked on us after we put our order in and we wanted to get a bottle of wine and never got to even order it because he never came around except when he came back to our table saying they were super busy as we had been waiting for our food for 40 min at that point. Note that there were tons of empty tables around us and almost everyone in the restaurant already had their food when we came in. He was generally dismissive, unkind, and did not care about us once we didn't immediately order drinks and an appetizer when we got there. Food was good, but as a server at a local restaurant I would have never acted that way. read more

We had been to Olio Restaurant in Dade City, FL for dinner previously. We now went to Olio Restaurant for lunch. We had the chef special of spinach tortellini with shrimp and it was once again delectable. Tiramasu and spaghetti ice cream for dessert helped complete a fantastic menu for our palates.The service was superior with our server Brandon at the helm. Fran was also available to assist if we needed anything. The restaurant is small but quaint. Prices are pretty much in point with other good restaurants. Will definitely return! read more

Stopped in for a quick lunch to catch up with a friend and Emma was our server. She was delightful along with being very friendly and full of smiles. It was kind of expensive, but the service was marvelous and so was the food. We had antipasto and I had a gluten free meal.

We just had an amazing dining experience, we shared a dinner for 4 which included chichen parm, cheesy tortellini, a beautiful salad and warm bread. All exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere is warm, the food presentation is beautiful and then there's the servers, our main one was marina, She was very charming and topped off the entire experience. Olio, Dade City, Florida is a trip to Italy without leaving Florida. The dishes are well prepared, fresh, hot and delicious every time. The food and ambience takes me back to Rome and Naples combined with excellent, personable and friendly service by Federico and Samuel. I have tried many of the dishes with absolute enjoyment and satisfaction. If you enjoy old world courtesy and flavor rich dining Olio is the place for you. Dinner specials are just that, special because some dishes require the availability of certain ingredients which makes each chef's choice a unique experience. The food was excellent. It was our first time here and the atmosphere was so nice. The service was also really great. We came an hour before closing and everything was just excellent. We come here all the time for lunch/dinner. The apps are great! Shout out to the mussels and peppers!! The food is always good and the crowd makes it a great dinning experience. But I must say, our experience's would not have been as great if it wasn't for such the amazing staff they have. Emma especially since we always request her when we dine in. 3rd visit to Olio's last night, the first two were at lunch time. It was pretty packed when I arrived about 6:15 but I was able to get a seat at the bar. I ordered the pork hollandaise, and I was worried about getting enough to eat but the portion was HUGE. And DELICIOUS. I am very fond of this place. I just need to eat here more often! read more

Loved the food at Olio. The oil/herb dip for the bread is out of this world. Best I have ever had, I could just eat that and be happy. I thought it would be fabulous on a salad also. Lasagna was the best I have had, as well. They have different happy hour specials at different times. The day we went they had a later happy hour for example. I think it was bogo sangria or something like that. I will say the service wasn't great, not horrible, but not great. I honestly was pretty annoyed with our server. She was younger and just not into her job at all which was clear and I had to ask over and over for the same things such a straw or bread etc. But then we ended up meeting the managers/owners/not sure which and they were the sweetest couple and I loved them. They totally turned around the vibe (we didn't complain or anything they just happened to come over). They made the visit and loved chatting with them, but also the food is fabulous and worth a visit either way! read more

Place is amazing everything is homemade the garlic bread is so light and fluffy, the noodles melt in your mouth. The service is incredible. I had the Tomato shrimp scampi- shrimp was so big and tender, hubby had the lasagna and it melted in your mouth. Our new staple! read more

This is our first trip to Olio, I must say I was very impressed with the decor and the set up when we walked in, this is a good addition to downtown Dade city. Our sever Federico was very friendly and willing to please. We arrived later in the evening around 9:10 PM which is great for us we dine late anyway and avoid the crowds. We started off with wine and they brought out the most delicious fresh bread with a dipping oil, then we shared the sausage soup which was delicious. after that we shared the Caprese, good but the tomato's could have been a little riper, but still good, My wife ordered the Pollo Parmesan, and I had the Creamy tortellini Both excellent, very fresh, my wife could not finish. The Chef brought out our dinners, you can tell the food is made with a lot of love. The only down point is the wine selection is pretty limited and my only suggestion would be to charge a corkage fee and allow people to bring their own wine. read more
