I told the doctor that I felt extremely sick and said my symptoms have been going on for over 2 weeks. Seemed like she underplayed how serious it was and just prescribed an OTC drug I that I could have bought myself. Didn't offer anything for the pain nor did they offer to do any blood work to possibly get to the root of my problem. He then asked to see all of my recent reports (Xray, MRI, procedures) which I produced ASAP along with my chiropractor who has access to the other doctor's portal. Dr Sood promised to follow up with a call a few days later. That day passed, so I left another and a THIRD message for the staff to text him that I was waiting for his call; they gave me yet a second and third tele- appointment to go over the reports, resulting in nothing but radio silence. Today I emailed their "referral dept" to complain but no one seems to know what they are doing vis a vis communications between patients and the Dr. I assume two things; 1- he is pissed that I went over his head 2- and/or doesn't know HOW TO DO the alternate procedure the other doctor recommended. goodbye to a sad ending of giving him years of my business. I have since found a new Dr who is on top of things. Sort of crazy that one has to jump through so many hoops (3 doctors) to get proper care.

Our insurance covered approximately half that amount, still an outrageous fee for what he did. He briefly read the results of our blood tests to me over the phone, and I had to ask his office to mail me the results. My contact with him, whether in his office over via phone, lasted no more than 30 minutes, and the information and insight he provided into the reason we sought his services in the first place were minimal. Perhaps he was just having a bad day, but we will not return to him.

Usually you can bring up such a complaint to an understanding physician, but not true at this wonderful office. The extremely educated (they'll remind you of that numerous times) and courteous receptionists will gladly give you fake names to confuse the physician and her staff of 3. I mean, she's so busy doctoring and racking up questionable insurance claims that how could she possible even dare notice that any of her 3 angels would be turned down for a job at the local strip club or junk yard. How the hell do you leave a Parkinson's patient that can't even wipe his own behind with help in the lobby for 6 hours with nobody else in the building? How?? How about sending that same patient to dozens of unnecessary examinations that were more a detriment to their health than helping??? Frankly and honestly, if you care about your own health or the health about a loved one, stay far far away from this sewage hole. Never mind the bills never arrive on time and then you receive a bill for all the payments not cover by the insurances. It can be quite a bit. The billing department is extremely rude and argues with you. I never been in an office that is so impolite and disrespectful to the people that brings money to their office. I'm so glad I cut my strings to that office. Ever since I don't receive extra charges, and more importantly I'm free to go to any lab, any hospital and any imaging Center and any specialty MD I want for my procedures and labs. Be careful out there with all this scammer doctors, they send you to specific places and receive money back for the services done.
