He came to her - skeptically- at the tail end of a terrible allergy season (1-2 Claritin a day!) and a new allergy to our 6 yo cat. After working with Deborah in a handful of visits, his allergies subsided enough for the cat to sit on his lap with only an occasional sniffle and this past allergy season he needed no Claritin! He's now more open to non traditional healing and we are all much happier. Highly recommend Deborah and her team.

Wow. Admittedly, I…read morehad to be dragged here. Not literally, but, I've always been a believer in traditional medicine and therapies -- exclusively. Boy, did I ever short-sell myself! These folks knew I was skeptical and they seemed to understand ... explaining to me in understandable terms the benefits of healing from the inside out. There was nary a moment of discussion about leaving my comfort zone (of traditional meds), rather they set forth the worthy objective of getting better -- naturally -- so the meds might not be required at some point. The services here are all generally therapeutic in nature, but there is also some self-healing going on. I'm in this area only 1-2 times a year, and the practitioners here made sure that I knew of a similar place to go in the Houston area. Those who already know the power of natural healing probably already know about this place and its caring staff. Those who are skeptical -- like yours truly -- make a single appointment. You'll be back for sure.

I am in disbelief after a horrible billing situation. I wish I had seen the comment posted on…read more4/1/2015 on the North Bergen office account before going to any of these offices. Please read my post and the one below and save yourself a lot of trouble by picking a different practice! I wish I had believed the review for their North Bergen location, but I thought one bad review can't possibly mean anything. ALL of the offices share the same billing office. I had a horrible billing experience. Between 7/2/2015 and 8/10/15 I had about 8 appointments at this office for allergy testing. I saw a doctor once and was billed each time for a doctor visit and testing. That was fine. At EACH of my 8 appointments I asked if I owe a balance and was told no. When I went to the office on 8/20/15 I was told I owe $900 immediately for all of my visits (I am insured, $900 went against my deductible). It was a Saturday morning and I was forced to call their billing office from the waiting room. I did. Billing told me a bill was sent, it never was. Then billing told me that the bill was just sent a few days ago because they just learned from my insurance my tests would costs me that much money. If they just learned it would cost me that much why was I being billed for 100% "immediately" instead of for each appointment at a time over a longer period of time? Come September 20, I received a collection notice for this full amount. My credit score is 720, I have never missed a payment on anything in my life. I make $900 in 2 days, I don't care about the money - I care about the ethics. These people are crooks. I feel like they continued to tell me I didn't owe anything until my deductible was exhausted because if I saw a $200 charge billed to me per appointment I would have switched to a cheaper allergist or stopped testing! They ran up the bill and hid the costs, and then at exactly 30 days from when THEY found out about the charges (not me) they sent it to collections. Calling their office to come up with a payment plan or discuss results in attitude from their employees. I would NEVER use this office again and they should be shut down for unethical business practices.

I got my skin allergy patch test done here and I was the last appointment of the day. The doctor…read moreread my results too quickly and ended up misdiagnosing a few of my allergies, and I ended up having to get the test re-read by a doctor at a totally different practice. With these patch tests, each allergen is taped to your back and then numbered. If you react to a certain number, the doctor should match that number to an allergen on a "answer key" which tells you what exact substance is in the patch that you are allergic to. I had a significant reaction to two numbers that were clearly labeled, but the doctor was in such a rush to get out of the office she mis-matched the number to the answer key. In her haste, she also failed to mark down one number that was clearly a red square and clearly induced a reaction. This appointment was really important to me (I've been having a bad reaction under an eye, so soaps I believe) and I noticed the doctor only noted a few allergies when I had a reaction to more than just a few more of the patches, so something felt wrong. Luckily, I followed my gut was able to have another allergist at a completely different practice read the results for me and get the diagnosis correct, and the nee diagnosis aligned with my own observations of the patch reactions. I additionally spent two hours waiting for the doctor because she was running behind schedule, which she never apologized for or addressed. The secretary out front also failed to apologize, even after I asked several times if I was going to be seen that day. As if all of this wasn't bad enough, the doctor tried pushing a blood test on me for environmental allergies, which is something I did not want. When I said I didn't want the allergy test, she said something like "what are you trying to hide, just get it," which I found really odd, pushy, and inappropriate. Even after telling her I wasn't interested, she kept pushing it on me to the point where I actually had to be stern with her. It was so uncomfortable and embarrassing. On top of being careless and inaccurate, the receptionist incorrectly told me I had to pay for my entire patch test in full, which turned out to be false once insurance billed me ( happy surprise I guess, but accuracy is important with matters related to health!)
