Although the staff were pleasant, the doctor herself was very unprofessional. She was not kind or considerate at all. She didn't even allow him to show her the rashes to even attempt to give a diagnosis. I believe he was treated so badly because he's African & don't speak English too good. She was very Nasty! Told him to change his underwear everyday, wash his clothes, change his sheets on his bed, etc.. I don't know about the other foreigners she's encountered, but she stereotyped him really bad. Then had the audacity to tell him there was no need to give him Rx for it because he's not currently working & he has Horizon NJ Health, they won't pay for it. I felt really bad that he had to endure such ill behavior from who supposed to be a Medical Professional. I would not recommend this provider to anyone!!

My son received great care there. We haven't been in a while, not because she isn't worth it, but financially we couldn't keep it up. My son is still much better having seen her. He no longer has daily hives, swelling and erratic heartbeat. While he isn't "cured", she gave him a big part of his life back. I'm grateful she was able to help my son and get him to a place that he could leave the house without embarrassment, even though avoidance of his triggers are still important

You're lucky if she's in there with you for 5 minutes! When my daughter finally reached 18, she had a questionable blood test, which we never got a call back on. I called almost a week later for them to blow me off. The doctor wouldn't even return my calls. Eventually, I decided to bring her to our PCP. Thank goodness I did. Eventually, she ended up in the hospital with DKA and diagnosed with T1D. I was SO angry with Dr. Presti. I felt she was either being a coward for not responding before I caught it or she didn't care and blew us off. Funny thing, I saw daughter had a high fasting sugar and asked nurse about it. You know what they said? She probably had a soda! She didn't! It would've been nice if they had her take a retest. Imagine if I stuck with her and daughter ended up in the hospital under her or Dr. Panza's care? I shudder to think if they would blow me off. If I had a chance to start all over, I would've ran away from this practice. Dr. Panza wasn't much better, either. I've been wanting to review Dr. Presti. Took me a few years to finally sit down to do it and not be furious with her!

Dr. Presti was so warm and my son immediately connected to her. And the nurses and front desk staff was just incredible. I had an annoying situation where I needed my son's preschool medical form filled out but we had already done a well visit elsewhere and they were able to get that taken care of. We also needed medical records from my son's allergist and for some reason the faxes were not coming through. They couldn't have been more patient and I couldn't have been more grateful. Did I mention I got the time wrong for our appointment (pregnancy brain) and we showed up an hour late and they still treated us with such professionalism and kindness?! Thank you. I am at ease knowing we found your office.

I am in disbelief after a horrible billing situation. I wish I had seen the comment posted on…read more4/1/2015 on the North Bergen office account before going to any of these offices. Please read my post and the one below and save yourself a lot of trouble by picking a different practice! I wish I had believed the review for their North Bergen location, but I thought one bad review can't possibly mean anything. ALL of the offices share the same billing office. I had a horrible billing experience. Between 7/2/2015 and 8/10/15 I had about 8 appointments at this office for allergy testing. I saw a doctor once and was billed each time for a doctor visit and testing. That was fine. At EACH of my 8 appointments I asked if I owe a balance and was told no. When I went to the office on 8/20/15 I was told I owe $900 immediately for all of my visits (I am insured, $900 went against my deductible). It was a Saturday morning and I was forced to call their billing office from the waiting room. I did. Billing told me a bill was sent, it never was. Then billing told me that the bill was just sent a few days ago because they just learned from my insurance my tests would costs me that much money. If they just learned it would cost me that much why was I being billed for 100% "immediately" instead of for each appointment at a time over a longer period of time? Come September 20, I received a collection notice for this full amount. My credit score is 720, I have never missed a payment on anything in my life. I make $900 in 2 days, I don't care about the money - I care about the ethics. These people are crooks. I feel like they continued to tell me I didn't owe anything until my deductible was exhausted because if I saw a $200 charge billed to me per appointment I would have switched to a cheaper allergist or stopped testing! They ran up the bill and hid the costs, and then at exactly 30 days from when THEY found out about the charges (not me) they sent it to collections. Calling their office to come up with a payment plan or discuss results in attitude from their employees. I would NEVER use this office again and they should be shut down for unethical business practices.
