Excellent dentist office. I had a root canal done last week with Carlos. I was very scared that it would be painful. The staff was very reassuring that the process would be painless and answered all of questions. The process went so smooth that I fell asleep through it. Absolutely recommend this dental office. The wait time is never long and all of the staff is always very friendly and have great attitudes. Made an appointment came into the office in pain, nothing was done I was just sent off to a endocrinologist that was not in my network so I basically took the day off work for nothing still in pain and the office was not accommodating at all. I appreciate that they were punctual and I didn't have to wait for long. I had a stroke a year ago and I get very anxious now out in public due to my delays. So not having to wait around is important to me. Also process things slower and need to have things explained slow and basic and they were great accommodating me. This dental office is great, no complaint of any just pure five stars. I took my seven year old and she was taken care of with tons of comfort and love. She held nothing against the dentist, like fear or anger. first thing she told me was everyone is so nice and it's comfortable. Rude secretary. They scheduled me incorrectly the very first visit, all I needed was a retainer and I verbally told the secretary via phone and I show up to the appt all for nothing. They rescheduled it for me to see the ortho again and I had to call the day of the appt to verify if I was still scheduled because I never got any confirmations. She told me she didn't have me scheduled but to go in anyways?? I show up, the ortho dentist was nice but once that same secretary came back to break down the pricing she tells me my teeth had moved and I need an active retainer. I asked her what she meant by moved? (I wear my retainer religiously)...she said "your teeth have shifted I can see from here, when did you stop wearing your retainer?" I was appalled at how abruptly she told me "I can see from here" with a tone and then saying " that's interesting" when i told her I wear my retainer every night. everyone else seems nice but this specific secretary. read more

She is very good with kids which is a plus for me because most of the time she won't have to refer your child to a Pedodontist. 2. She is excellent in cosmetic dentestry such as white filllings and crowns, brighter smile, etc. always going the extra mile to give you a better smile 3. If you need an extraction... the kind that Oral Surgeons do, 4 out of 5 she can get the work done for about half the price and if she decides it's too extreme she has an excellent Oral Surgeon (Dr.Bina) who visits her office one or two times a month. 4. Crooked teeth? Don't worry, Dr. Reyes offers Ortho at her office too. 5. No insurance? cash patients pay a little less than market price or have the option to apply for "carecredit" or work some type of payment arrangement with Dr.Reyes; she will try to help the best she can. All but 1 of your front office staff lack the ability to provide basic customer service skills. They display an unwillingness to help and are not equipped with basic skills to initiate a proper welcome in a customer service environment. My child was taken back for x-rays and I was told I would be welcomed back when they were finished. The dentist began evaluating my 8 year old child while I WAS NOT with him. I had to ask to be let back, and once I was back the dentist rolled her eyes and motioned to the RDA commenting that my son was more cooperative before I entered the room. I explained that he may have been a bit antsy because his eyes are sensitive to the light. To which she replied "WELL, we need the light to check his teeth." Of course you do, I was not questioning your methods. Upon exiting the office, the RDA nonchalantly mentioned that my child might need some Vaseline on his bottom lip because he had to "stretch his mouth out to do the x-rays." I then noticed his lip was split and that's what my son had been trying to tell me when I walked into the room, he wasn't trying to give the dentist a hard time. I maintained my composure as we walked out but all I wanted to do was loudly advocate for my child. I will not be visiting this establishment again and others should consider finding another dental provider. ***Note that 1 star was given based on the requirement from Yelp, I wouldn't have rated at 1 star at all. read more
