I saw Dr Reyes and she's fantastic. Her partner that has been working under her however doesn't really know what she's talking about. Apart from her attitude to her own staff and myself... she could not answer simple questions on how a treatment device would help my TMJ. I only give a star for the assistant that was compassionate enough to pull me aside and give me a refund for a $300 night guard. I don't know the other dentists name but I highly recommend that if it isn't Dr Reyes, don't come here. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Samira Fares for years, and she's the only dentist to ever be allowed near my daughter. She is thorough and always makes sure I understand everything she is doing, and provides alternatives if needed. She is up to date in all the most current procedures, including replacing metal fillings and removing root canals. My daughter is 13 now, and thanks to her, has never had a cavity! I would highly, highly recommend her, and Dr. Reyes as well. read more

I'm a patient of Dr. Samira Fares. I just want to say she and her staff are truly amazing. They always keep up with my dental needs and doesn't try to up sell my anything I didn't need. Sonia, the front desk assistant is a pleasant lady to work with when scheduling my appointments. I had a bad root canal done a few years ago by a dentist via HMO and he did a terrible job! Another dentist I followed up with told me i would need a implant at the age of 28! Mind you, I looked hideous through my college years. Dr. Fares saved my ugly root canal. Inner voice: "Thank god I didn't have to get an implant!" She had great dexterity and precision with her dental work. I'm very skeptical about dentists and honestly didn't believe in any dentist until i met her! She answered all my questions and explained everything very thoroughly. She took care of my ugly crown and fixed me up with a new and shiny one! Her assistant Victor is the sweetest man! He's so careful with cleaning my teeth and was very skilled at what he does, even the little things like getting my teeth xray taken. He taught me how to properly floss my teeth to ensure i kept my gums healthy. My previous experiences with dental assistants were horrible. I'd come out of my dental visits feeling like my mouth had been violated. Honestly, Victor didn't make me feel that way at all! Bottom line I highly recommend this dentist! read more

Update: Officially done with all the procedures I needed. I have a new smile and after a month and countless visits I'm still singing their praises. I love everyone here. From Ana at the front desk to Victor to Sonia and the doctor herself. Thank you thank you a thousand times over. I have avoided the dentist for so long due to some bad experiences that I've had in the past. But when I had a bad toothache I knew I had to get it taken care of. I'm so glad I found this office. Everyone has been so gentle, kind, and understanding. From the front office, to the dentist and her assistants. They didn't bat an eyelash when I sat down for the X-rays and immediately started crying lol. They also didn't reprimand me for going so long without going to the dentist, something I've experienced in the past. They just listened and reassured me. I went for the first time yesterday and went back today for a cleaning and the experience was the same. Dr. Samira and Sonia helped me both times. Dr. Samira has the gentlest hands and made sure to check in with me throughout the procedure. I can't recommend them enough. I recently moved and was in need of a new dentist. I saw local advertisements for this office, so I decided to check it out. Scheduling an appointment was easy as they were very accommodating. The office is easily accessible and the front staff were nice and welcoming. I saw Dr.Fares. Since it was my first time seeing her she took xrays and discussed my dental history (class 3 crossbite). She was very nice and knowledgeable. The appointment ended with a cleaning. It was quick and painless, exactly how I like my dental work. Overall, I had a good experience and will continue coming to see Dr.Fares. read more

"I WOULD CHOOSE NO STAR BUT UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO CHOOSE ONE TO PROCEED MY REVIEW" One of the worst dentist ever! I took my mom to seek dental help, since she had a brain aneurysm in which they needed to have authorization from doctors for further dental procedures, They said they would call me back once the doctor had approved she was OK for dental procedures. They never called me back its been longer than a month I've been waiting for them to call my mother it has been over a month that my mother has been without being able to eat and with pain, I called my mom's doctor to speed up answers to why she hadn't had the approval the doctor said no one has ever contacted him. I called the dentist and they said they had the wrong information and they would contact the doctor. Another month passed and I never heard from them til this time I showed up to the location and demanded answers I was told by the front desk employee that they had forgot to call me back. This is ridiculous right but yet it gets worst they said to take my mom in asap to the Ontario location and they would treat her that same moment since it was they're fault of forgetting to contact me. I take my mom in that same day and the DENTIST OLGA REYES treats my mother as a delusional patient and very rude to her and all her staff as well and say my mom's pain and dental issues are all in her head that there is nothing wrong with her, but yet the 1st time she went there I was given of list of procedures she needed they seemed to have forgot that. This place is so unprofessional with an unprofessional staff and extremely rude. I took her somewhere else and I am very pleased in the professional way they are treating her now.
